Pros:

Location was perfect for my stay - tram stop was about a 2 minute walk away. I booked one of the studios which was spacious, well-equipped and there was outside space with seating. There is a supermarket right by the hotel where you can purchase anything you might need. Breakfast was good - shout out to the lovely Marianne and Muna and to the young, blonde-haired lady on reception for being so kind and helpful.

Die einfache aber hochwertige Zimmerausstattung.
Das Bett war sehr bequem.

Cons:

Die telefonische Erreichbarkeit finde ich katastrophal. Bei allen Versuchen an verschiedenen Tagen, ca 5x, ging niemand an das Telefon ☎️.
Eine Klimaanlage wäre wünschenswert.
Die Temperaturen waren tagelang um die 35°.
Somit war die Hitze im Zimmer fast unerträglich.

Cons:

Leider kein Zimmer mit Klimatisierung. Das Umfeld am Gebäude verdreckt und versifft.
Aussenzimmer bei geöffnetem Fenster in der Nacht Strassenbahn und KfZ verkehr sehr laut.

Jede Menge freie Parkplätze , FS nicht außergewöhnlich, aber passabel. Guter Kaffee.

Leider gab es keine klimatisierten Zimmer.

Cons:

Das Hotel hat keinen Namen und keine Beschilderung von außen und ist somit nicht einfach zu finden.
Die Matratze war sehr weich.
Das Hotel ist nicht klimatisiert und bei 38 Grad Celsius war es entsprechend warm im Hotel.
