Lovely having a section of the beach
Cons:

How thin the walls were. We could hear everything outside our room and people could hear us.

Overpriced, noisy neighbors, very small room and lacked any personal touches.
Pros:

The pool to the left of the Ocean House was supposed to be heated, it was not, nor has it ever been. For someone with severe Reynolds, this was an issue. I did go down to the heated pool; but it was very crowded.

Cons:

This was a lovely room; however, Expedia describes this room with a King size bed and balcony. I did not need either; however, if one was looking for those features this room would have been very disappointing.

The room was a very tight fit, even for me who is only 5/3. The window screen was broken which was deal able; however, if the next sole who was staying in this room freaked out about bugs or had a small child, this could have been a huge issue.

It was clean but very old and outdated and the electrical was iffy
Pros:

There was no breakfast. We liked the location to the beach and the pool was nice

Cons:

One of the bedrooms only had power to one lamp and the overhead light. The other bedroom had no power to the lights or outlets

The location was great, everyone was very nice, clean room.

Cons:

Our room looked nothing like the pictures. Online it showed a beautiful room that looked very newly renovated. The room we stayed in was very old, run down, and not updated at all.

Best beach hotel
Pros:

Great view of the ocean, nice warm cozy bed easy access to pool and beach

Disappointing

Positives- it’s right on the beach and walkable to town.

Cons:

We were in room 18. This room was not renovated like the pictures on this website. So don’t think the pictures are what you are going to get. In addition, this room has no flush power to the point we brought it to the staff’s attention, they looked at it and did nothing. We had to find other places to use the bathroom the entire trip. The toilet paper from peeing didnt flush down. The room had random pills on the floor when we moved in. The door lock was difficult to open with the key. We also propped a chair under the door knob since it was supposed to have a lock from the inside but ours didn’t. The room was very disappointing.

Pros:

I'd like the location of the place. I like that there were a few pools to choose from. I liked how close it was to the beach and to the main strip.

Cons:

It was pretty old. You can tell some of the appliances didn't work so they had to put in newer appliances sitting on top of older appliances. The fans worked but missing pieces. You can just tell that it needed an upgrade.

Convince as far as the beach, grounds were clean,staff were very pleasant, pool area was very clean

I didnt know there was breakfast

Cons:

The bathroom definitely needs updating. I would never dare use the 2 burner stove near the sink/water like that. It almost would be better to have a microwave/toaster something instead of the stove and fridge combo.
We were iut in the wrong room in error. By the time we went bavk to our room and saw the twxt it wasnt worth it to change rooms.

Nada !!, lo venden como un hotel y es un motel de quinta , no corresponde con las fotos de promoción en su página , los cuartos donde un cajón sin ventanas , ni iluminación , todos los muebles con polvo , el precio súper elevado para lo que ofrecen , no hay señales para saber que tienes que registrarte en otro lugar donde no lleva el nombre del hotel que compraste , la piscina y jacuzzi el primer día súper sucio , en fin jamás volveremos

Would consider staying again, but a different room, further away from train & road.
Pros:

Hotel location was good. Close to the beach. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Floors had not been swept, sand everywhere when we entered room. Keureg not working. Shower head very aggressive, and valves very old & sensitive to hot & cold adjustments.

The pool area

Cons:

The train passing by every half hour how dirty the room was the outlets barely worked. My kid could’ve got electrocuted. The showers temperature would go scorching hot to freezing cold. I burnt the top of my foot. Customer service wasn’t even great when I checked in she was rude. They gave me a wrong room. They only upgraded and cleaned and painted the downstairs rooms, which is what I asked for just a single king bed room and I ended up getting a trashy old king bedroom with a kitchenette into it in the bathroom was like super tiny where you sat on the toilet your knees would hit the door for the amount of money I spent. I thought that that was ridiculous. The AC had black dots and mold in it luckily I got them to change the AC because I have a toddler with me but overall, I will never go there again.
