Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely come back.
Pros:

Location was perfect and every staff member I met was so helpful and friendly. I loved that it was a 2 bedroom suite layout bc that was perfect for a family space.

Cons:

The only reason I didn’t give it the highest rating on comfort was because the bed was too hard/firm for me so that was a bit uncomfortable.

Thankfully we were only there 1 night
Pros:

The pictures online were nothing like the room we got. We were on the street with very loud drunk people walking around and a train that goes by all morning starting at 5am.

Cons:

The hotel is old and dingy. Super Run down (at least our room was) our friends were in the main house which was big, nice and had a lot of light

Buyer beware bait and switch
Pros:

Cons:

Bait and switch on the reserved room . Bought ocean view and on the beach for almost $300 night and switched to room on the street and railroad tracks. Not the only guest this happened to. Talked with two other parties near me. Same thing happened to them. Scumbag outfit.

Very close to everything and a lot of parkings, many heated swimming pools

Pros:

The ability to use all hotels associated pools beaches hot tub grilling patio picnic areas easy walkable access to the pier arcade shops amusement park restaurants

Cons:

Being on 2nd floor neither bedroom had a tv one bedroom didnt have a dresser or closet running out of body wash garbage bags coffee haven to call front desk the couch in sitting area was hard as a rock the shared balcony needed some repairs

Pictures of the rooms are deceiving!! Don’t expect it to look like the picture most are of the updated rooms.
Pros:

The location was nice short walk to everything and the beach was steps away

Cons:

There were probably 100 pics and only 3 matched the property we staying in. Nothing like the pictures very old outdated and the pic made it look updated and beautiful. When you book a room it should show you what it looks

Relaxing made easy!
Pros:

The old fashioned beach house feel. It’s close enough to all the restaurants and the little fair, but down just far enough to be away from the hustle of it all. Super easy beach access, but also having the pool for something more private.

Pros:

The main hotel is nice. But be aware that the only rooms with two queen beds are in the motel part which is a lot more run down. It’s located right by the beach which was very nice!

Cons:

The actual town center is very loud and not very nice. It was fine for a stopover, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a longer stay.

Pros:

Lovely old wooden Hotel. Great location next to the beach. Charming and spacious reception rooms on ground floor. Choice of swimming pools. Friendly staff and walking distance to variety of food outlets.

Unsafe
Cons:

I got locked out of the hotel because my key would not work at the main door. The only way I got it was luckily there was a couple awake to let me in after they saw me. It was late at night and I was alone. This was a giant safety concern. I tried to email them and never heard back. No apologies and no one trying to make it right.

Pros:

Clean. Spacious.Location.

Cons:

TV sucked. More pixels than picture. Moulding at bottom of the door jam was rotting in the bathroom.
Water was way too hot in the shower.
