Pros:

The main hotel is nice. But be aware that the only rooms with two queen beds are in the motel part which is a lot more run down. It’s located right by the beach which was very nice!

Cons:

The actual town center is very loud and not very nice. It was fine for a stopover, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a longer stay.

Cons:

I got locked out of the hotel because my key would not work at the main door. The only way I got it was luckily there was a couple awake to let me in after they saw me. It was late at night and I was alone. This was a giant safety concern. I tried to email them and never heard back. No apologies and no one trying to make it right.

Pros:

Lovely old wooden Hotel. Great location next to the beach. Charming and spacious reception rooms on ground floor. Choice of swimming pools. Friendly staff and walking distance to variety of food outlets.

Pros:

Clean. Spacious.Location.

Cons:

TV sucked. More pixels than picture. Moulding at bottom of the door jam was rotting in the bathroom.
Water was way too hot in the shower.

Relaxing
Pros:

All the staff was incredibly friendly, the rooms really gave off the beach feel and the location is wonderful.

Cons:

If I had to say something negative it’s that the water with no warning may get really hot or really cold for just a few seconds while in the shower. I’d sum that up to a ton of people showering at the same time.

Perfect weather, ideal location, nice spot to get away for a few days/nights
Pros:

Absolutely beautiful views all around, steps away from the beach and everything was really clean including the large pool.

The room was a bit smaller than expected but over all it was a great time.

Beach vibe with a charm of old history to set your time in Old Orchard right
Pros:

Breakfast was not served and I stayed at the Ocean House. I was very wowed. The architecture and style was amazing. I learned it was the oldest hotel in Old Orchard Beach. Thank you to the grounds keeper for providing this information. It was calm, quiet but also I could see a lot of room for entertaining.

Cons:

The layout of the room, less furniture would be helpful.
