Pros:

This room is located in a great spot to access the beach and local restaurants. It's walkable to anywhere you'd want to go.

Cons:

Pictures need to be updated, or better yet, update the room to match the pictures. Hot water switches from warm, to freezing, boiling hot. The room was not clean. Sand on the floor, hairball owing across the floor, q-tip on the floor.. I expected more for the price.

Love this spot because of beach and pier access, this was our second year and we made sure to get the same hotel

Great oceanfront view

Cons:

Poor interactions with staff. Live music was booked from 7-9 PM directly under our room. That is way too late for loud music. Should be offered earlier like 4-6 or 5-7. When I called front desk to ask them to stop the music because we have a baby trying to sleep, they just said "it will end soon" and hung up on me

Pros:

Great location and pools were great. Super nice staff and very accommodating and rooms were clean.

Cons:

Rooms are super small, nowhere to sit except on the bed. There is no dresser and no place to hang clothes. AC is hit or miss in each room in Ocean House, and we had to switch rooms bc the unit woke us at 3am! Oh, and there is a train that shakes the house. The manager reimbursed for the night we did not sleep!

Cons:

Thought the room would be cleaned daily it wasn't not but brought new towels when asked.
Train shaking room and very loud whistle all night.

Very splendid stay with my significant other, we enjoyed the location and the hotel very much.
Pros:

The location was great, right near the beach

Cons:

Didn’t have anyone come into the room to replace sheets or towels. Wasn’t sure if we had to call or not to get this done.

Séjour agréable et reposant
Pros:

Personnel agréable, jolie chambre plutôt grande et confortable. Nous avons aimé la proximité de la plage. Établissement vraiment bien situé à 6-8min à pied des attractions bref nous avons passer un excellent séjour.
