Schönes Hotel, aber unruhig
Pros:

Lage, Ausstattung, Zimmer

Cons:

Nur 2 Aufzüge für so viele Gäste.
Die Türen sind furchtbar. Festes und lautes zuziehen notwendig damit diese schließen. Vom Nachbarn wird man schon deswegen früh wach. Und das Reinigungspersonal führt es bis Nachmittag weiter.

Worst customer service ever
Pros:

I initially chose this hotel because of the view and my great experience with Intel hotels in Rotterdam and Amsterdam. But it was a huge mistake. Worst hotel I ever stayed at in terms of the staff… genuinely felt guilty for staying there and for th working. Reception couldn’t answer any questions, had to look for staff in a restaurant for 10 minutes to place an order while they were chatting and playing with their phones.. no water over breakfast. Like I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone because the children working there should be staying home with this attitude… like price is huge but quality is Ryanair… never again bye intel

Frühstück war gut, jedoch zu viele Leute abgewickelt in 3/4 Std. Takt,
was uns hektisch erschien.

Das man das Parkhaus vor Antritt dazu buchen sollte, sollte man vielleicht explizit dazu wissen.
