Sehr schönes Hotel am Strand für Gäste, die gut zu Fuß sind in die Innenstadt

Cons:

Einzelbetten nebeneinander sind als Paar im Doppelzimmer unpraktisch, da sie immer wieder auseinander rutschen.

Die Personal waren alle ganz nett. Es ist sehr sauber. Ausblick war sehr schön.

Cons:

Bett war richtig unbequem. Frühstück war gut aber für Vegana ganz wenig Auswahl. Parkplatz pro Tag 35 € ist richtig teuer man sollte lieber verbuchen. 5 Tage sind zu viel 3 Tage hätte es gereicht. Ich finde pool war zu klein.

Leider enttäuschend und das Geld nicht wert!

Das Frühstück ist seinen Preis absolut nicht wert. Alles, was warm sein sollte, wie Eier oder Würstchen, ist jeden Tag kalt! Das ist für ein Hotel in dieser Preisklasse völlig inakzeptabel.

Unser Zimmer war erst zwei Stunden nach der offiziellen Check-in Zeitbezugsfertig. Das geht gar nicht!

Außerdem gibt es viel zu wenig Platz im Restaurant, sodass die Situation beim Frühstück sehr unangenehm ist.

Ein weiteres großes Problem ist die laute Fassade bei Sturm. Wenn es draußen stürmt, ist es im Zimmer so laut, dass man kaum schlafen kann.

Insgesamt eine enttäuschende Erfahrung. Weder das Frühstück noch der Service und die Zimmerqualität rechtfertigen den Preis. Hier besteht definitiv Verbesserungsbedarf!

Cons:

Das Zimmer war relativ hellhörig, man hat keine Unterhaltungen gehört aber das Rücken von Möbeln, Babygeschrei und Bewegungen (Schritte) im Raum.

Schlechter Service

Die Lage hat mir gefallen. Direkt am Meer

Da weiß man leider nicht wo man Anfangen soll.
Bei Ankunft mussten wir ein Zeitfenster fürs Frühstück wählen da zu wenig Platz da ist. Hat mit Urlaub nix zu tun.
Kein Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Unterm Bett dicke Staubschicht und Bett kaputt.
Im Bad roch es zeitweise nach Urin. Zimmer wurde nach der ersten Nacht gereinigt. Nach der zweiten Nacht nicht mehr. Und das bei einem Preis von 740 Euro bei drei Übernachtungen.
Ich buche immer gerne mit Fitnessraum und Sauna. Dort auch kein Wasser in der Sauna immer leer. Fitnessraum sehr dreckig. Staubschicht auf den Geräten. In der Sauna bloss nicht unter die Saunabank schauen.
Geburtstag wird auch ignoriert. Natürlich ist das kein Muss, aber im anderen Hotels ist da der Service viel besser.
In der Bar abends wird man beim bestellen gekonnt ignoriert. Leider von mehreren. Vielleicht keine Lust auf Gäste.
Wir fahren oft nach Holland. Diese sollte was besonderes sein. Nie wieder dieses Hotel.

Sehr schönes Hotel direkt am Meer ! Service Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich!

Das Personal war im ganzen Haus sehr freundlich ! Und grundsätzlich sehr sauber!

Cons:

Der Spa Bereich lässt ein paar Wünsche offen! Eine Sauna + Dampfsauna ist definitiv zu wenig und auch fehlt es komplett an Ruheräumen! Man muss sich im Schwimmbad einen Platz zum Ruhen suchen! Meistens war auch das Trinkwasser leer und wurde erst bei Nachfrage oder gar nicht nachgefüllt !
Bei Ankunft war das Zimmer richtig sauber aber der Zimmerservice während des Aufenthalts war nicht so gründlich!

Spa on the 13th floor.

Cons:

A four star hotel as a standard should have a coffee machine in the room, a kettle without cups is not enough. Only two sachets of coffee, only water glasses in the room but no bottle of in the room fridge. White coffee ordered at the bar served with two displays of cold milk. Overall disappointed, this should be a three star hotel, not deserve a four stars.
