I paid for a room and didn't get to stay because the front desk said they did not receive payment but I showed them where the money was taken from my account and they still didn't let me stay

Pros:

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very pleasant and courteous. It was nice to have dining choices right at the hotel and also very close by to walk to. The rooftop bar was very nice.

Perfect and very memorable!
Pros:

Our Columbus Downtown hotel was perfect! It was within walking distance of our destination, the hotel was modern, clean and very welcoming staff. We especially enjoyed the extra large shower with the rain feature! We'll be back!

Great, facilities, things to do close by, clean, nice!
Pros:

Pretty much everything! The rooftop bar and grill was great though!

Cons:

Our room was right above the high and it was loud. But they did have a sound machine in the room to drown that out.
