Great location, great service from the moment you get to the hotel, really modern and well looked after.
Nothing.
Fantastic location, amazing building with fascinating history. So close to Covent Garden yet quiet and peaceful when inside. Professional and polite staff
Always clean and tidy.
Easy to get lost in!
Location, excellent helpful friendly staffs
The classic room I stayed in was cramped. There are two small windows located almost ceiling height that did not help brighten up the room at all. Very uncomfortable feel to the room!
I love this property, I stay here every year as a treat. I love that it is a very private and quiet hotel and the rooms and beds are fantastic.
Location was amazing
The hotel is very nice and gorgeous
Room are incredible but small ❤️
Fabulous hotel, I always stay here if I can afford to. Breakfast is lovely but a bit pricey. The rooms are fantastic, the beds perfect. Wonderful cocktails, a fun vibe in the bar whilst being a haven of tranquility in the Library. All staff interactions were polite, friendly and charming with one exception. One hostess was rather snooty which jarred with all the other staff who could not have been more welcoming. The decor is gorgeous.
The restraunt was sadly closed for a private function which was disappointing
Perfection location for Opera House.
A little dark. Would have appreciated some biscuits in room to go with the tea, and also a magnifying mirror in the bathroom.
The service, the room, the decour, the food, the comfortable bed. Just perfect!
Nothing really
Beautifully designed hotel, perfect location, the loveliest staff, delicious breakfast. Loved everything about our stay.

Love the service and location
We stopped in here for drinks only which we enjoyed in the very cool library area.
The drinks menu was excellent. A really cool place just next to Covent Garden.
