Stunning location with amazing views and welcoming staff.
Pros:

The location was fantastic! Views are spectacular and walking along the beach each more was a great start to the day. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Disappointed
Pros:

Good location, no heating in the room. Half a double electric blanket on a double bed. No heaters available and it was a very cold night. Disappointed.

Cons:

No heating, very cold in the room. Windows let the wind it to make it even colder as it’s next to the sea.

Bad maintenance, run down. Disappointed and over priced
Pros:

The staff were fantastic.

Cons:

1.broken sliding door, couldn't close at night. Safety risk
2.room and bathroom not attended to.
3.room dusty, clothes rack had red dust
4.couldnt close blind, top part rusty and away from the wall
5.fridge froze all the items, had to throw away
6.sliding door to balcony, closed and no axcess to the balcony. So much for room with balcony
7. Only came to fix at 1745pm when we got back. So called fix
8.only Netflix, if you wanted anything else must go downstairs as see what's showing.
9.RIPPED Off what we paid and got for a so called Boutique Hotel?????
10 previously stayed in the suite, no hot water and only fixed on the Monday

Pros:

Excellent rapport qualité-prix ! L'hôtel est confortable, propre et idéalement situé. Le vrai point fort, c'est la vue imprenable sur Table Mountain, qui est tout simplement magnifique, surtout au lever et au coucher du soleil. Le personnel est accueillant et toujours prêt à rendre service. Pour le prix, difficile de trouver mieux. Je recommande sans hésiter à tous ceux qui souhaitent profiter d'un séjour agréable au Cap sans se ruiner.
