Schönes sauberes Zimmer und alles frisch und neu. Personal freundlich.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer durfte früher bezogen werden, klasse Service. Alles sehr ordentlich und sauber.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war höchstens durchschnittlich. Sicherlich ausreichend, aber für die Hotelklasse darf da mehr zu erwarten sein.

Korzystaliśmy z kilku hoteli sieci Hilton, bez zastrzeżeń. Z tym hotelu z przykrością oceniamy organizacje śniadania negatywnie.Brak wolnych stolików i krzeseł. Brak potraw i sztuców. Wrażenie poszukiwania przez gości hotelowych miejsca i potraw. Zapewne /?/ taką mamy nadzieję, iż była to sytuacja nie powtarzająca się w innym czasie.

Cons:

Jak wyżej.
Jeden z naszych pokój znajdował się na wysokości placu z kamieniami, zapewniamy nie był to widok zbyt estetyczny.

Einmal und nie wieder in diesem Hotel

Das Personal war zumindest freundlich

Cons:

Habe ich Vorfeld zigmal vergeblich versucht das Hotel telefonisch zu erreichen um mitzuteilen, dass wir später anreisen. Bei Ankunft haben wir darauf nur eine lapidare scheinheilige Ausrede zur Antwort bekommen. Offenbar hatte das Personal kein Interesse ans Telefon zu gehen.
Beim Frühstück war fast alles weg und das Personal hatte offenbar Probleme für Nachschub zu sorgen.
Im Bad gabs beim Duschen eine kleine Überschwemmung, weil die komische Abgrenzung an der Wanne nicht wirklich alltagstauglich ist.
Es gab zwar eine Klimaanlage im Zimmer, aber die hat nicht wirklich Wirkung gezeigt und das Fenster konnte nicht mal angekippt werden. Die Bettdecke mussten wir uns teilen, weil es nur eine große gab. Für mich ein absolutes nogo 😬

1 Bettdecke für 2 Personen, Bett für 2 Personen zu schmal, kein Fenster zumindest auf Kipp zu öffnen, kein Fön vorhanden, kein Kosmetikspiegel vorhanden, überfüllter Frühstücksraum, nur 2 Fahrstühle, die permanent überlastet waren, sodass man mehrmals rauf und runter fuhr, bevor man dort aussteigen konnte, wo man hinwollte

We requested a room with wheelchair access but it could not make it to the other side of the room.

The staff just made 2 key cards for 5 of us to share so we had to come back to get more cards.
