Decent and clean but could use an upgrade. Very nice staff though

The room was clean and air conditioning was good

Cons:

The lobby was very hot and muggy the next morning. There was a sign on the elevator in the lobby that it wasn’t working. The breakfast was picked over and dried out at 9am

It was fine but I need my receipt emailed.
Pros:

No breakfast eggs and sausage. I need my receipt emailed to me, I never received it.

Cons:

The noise of my neighbors. We called the front desk and complained and nothing happened. It was very difficult to understand the guy at the front desk. They only had 1 cart to put our luggage we had to hand carry our luggage to the car.

Cons:

Went to take a shower in the morning, the shower head had a severe break and water went everywhere. No real breakfast, waffles, bagel, cereal.

Perfect - we were in town for graduation and it was one less thing to think about.
Pros:

Breakfast was great, staff were helpful, the jacuzzi was awesome after a long day.

Pros:

Location for our stay in Madison was ok, had a big free car park.

Cons:

Zero value for money. Obscure decorations and random seating in reception area, it had the feel of a very budget hotel. Not really dirty but ragged, for this price I’d expect more.

Never again.
Pros:

Lobby area and cleaning lading smiled and nodded.

Cons:

Not very welcoming person at the desk. Couldn’t close curtains due to broke off the slider on both ends. Shower head sprayed over the outside of shower. Paint chips in walls with a small hole. Room dark and not very good lighting. Pool water looked cloudy.

Beautiful newer hotel.

Cons:

Our carpet was dirty; not vacuumed and also looked like food drips needed to be scrubbed from the carpet. I was told no one was available to vacuum when I asked at the front desk at 6pm the evening of our arrival. Also, we were given one washcloth, one hand towel and no bathmat for 2 people.
