Habe dort ein paar wunderbare Wandertage erlebt; Preis-Leistung stimmt auf jeden Fall.
Pros:

Super Lage in Bahnhofnähe und Davosersee. Ebenfalls sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich; was ich von den Gästen nicht gerade sagen kann. Es hat mich erstaunt, dass kaum jemand "Guten Morgen" sagte.

Cons:

Es waren heisse Tage; da ist es nicht so toll, wenn im Badezimmer der Boiler so viel Wärme abgibt der ins Zimmer strömt. Bei kleinstem Wind flattert leider der Stoffsichtschutz auf dem Balkon.

Confortable and well located.
Pros:

Room was pretty large, comfortable. The staff was nice and helpful. The location was very good (5 minutes walking from Davos Dorf railway station) since they offer guest cards that cover the local transportation within the town and, as bonus, also provide discounts on some cable installations (SchatzAlp and Rinnhorn for example). There is also a restaurant at the location but in summer it wasn't always open. Breakfast was ok, offering a good selection of products.

Cons:

I had a room without balcony and the window was located directly under a tree so it was not so bright. Thre was no fridg in the room

Unbefriedigender Service
Pros:

Die Lage ist für Radreisende, die über den Füelapass fahren möchten sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Personal war nicht sehr aufmerksam: beim Anmelden war die Rezeption nicht besetzt, ein Schild gab den Hinweis, man solle, wenn niemanden antreffe mit daneben stehenden Telefon anzurufen. Man ruft an und wartet dann eine kleine Ewigkeit. Ich traf vollkommen durchnässt um etwa 14:50 ein; man konnte sehen, dass ich völlig durchnässt, frierend da stand, dennoch gab die Dame mir das Zimmer erst um 16:00 Uhr frei. Das Hotel war sichtlich nicht besonders ausgelastet; meistens steht ein Zimmer gegen 12:00 oder 13:00 Uhr zur Verfügung. Die Dame lies mich noch über eine Stunde frierend warten… Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen, in der Dusche ein Duschvorhang, also der Charme der Achtziger Jahre. Beim Frühstück: das Rührei war eine Suppe, der Speck nicht durchgebraten. Als ich das Hotel verließ war wiederum die Rezeption unbesetzt. Also wieder besagtes Telefon benutzt: Anrufbeantworter. Keiner kam. Da ich bereits bezahlt hatte, legte ich den Zimmerschlüssel auf den Schreibtisch und ging. Ich denke, der Wert eines Hotels steht und fällt mit der Präsenz seiner Mitarbeiter, deren Aufmerksamkeit…

Lage war sehr gut, Frühstück ebenfalls, Spielzeug und Decke plus Napf für Hund sehr cool!

Cons:

Information betreffend Auto/ Parkplatz ungenügend, Zusatzkosten für Parkplatz und Hund nicht klar, unflexibel, wenn zweite Person plus Hund später anreist, ebenfalls Auto und man dann Hund, Parkplatz, Kurtaxe und Frühstück für die ganze Zeitspanne bezahlen muss. Geht gar nicht.:(
