Pros:

Frühgstück gut. Reception kommunikativ problematisch. Die mHeizung im Badzimmer lief bei diesen Temperaturen - man meinte, ich solle doch einfach die Türe schliessen!!!

Die Lage ist für Radreisende, die über den Füelapass fahren möchten sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Personal war nicht sehr aufmerksam: beim Anmelden war die Rezeption nicht besetzt, ein Schild gab den Hinweis, man solle, wenn niemanden antreffe mit daneben stehenden Telefon anzurufen. Man ruft an und wartet dann eine kleine Ewigkeit. Ich traf vollkommen durchnässt um etwa 14:50 ein; man konnte sehen, dass ich völlig durchnässt, frierend da stand, dennoch gab die Dame mir das Zimmer erst um 16:00 Uhr frei. Das Hotel war sichtlich nicht besonders ausgelastet; meistens steht ein Zimmer gegen 12:00 oder 13:00 Uhr zur Verfügung. Die Dame lies mich noch über eine Stunde frierend warten… Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen, in der Dusche ein Duschvorhang, also der Charme der Achtziger Jahre. Beim Frühstück: das Rührei war eine Suppe, der Speck nicht durchgebraten. Als ich das Hotel verließ war wiederum die Rezeption unbesetzt. Also wieder besagtes Telefon benutzt: Anrufbeantworter. Keiner kam. Da ich bereits bezahlt hatte, legte ich den Zimmerschlüssel auf den Schreibtisch und ging. Ich denke, der Wert eines Hotels steht und fällt mit der Präsenz seiner Mitarbeiter, deren Aufmerksamkeit…

Lage war sehr gut, Frühstück ebenfalls, Spielzeug und Decke plus Napf für Hund sehr cool!

Cons:

Information betreffend Auto/ Parkplatz ungenügend, Zusatzkosten für Parkplatz und Hund nicht klar, unflexibel, wenn zweite Person plus Hund später anreist, ebenfalls Auto und man dann Hund, Parkplatz, Kurtaxe und Frühstück für die ganze Zeitspanne bezahlen muss. Geht gar nicht.:(

Cons:

WC stank am Morgen (Sanitäre Anlage renovationsbedürftig). Das Frühstück war keine Sensation, Kaffee aber gut.

Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstückbuffet. Gratis Kaffee und Kekse am Empfang

Cons:

Der Empfang war unfreundlich. Die Person ist nicht einmal aufgestanden um uns zu begrüssen und das Check in zu machen. Sie hat nur gesagt dass das Zimmer noch nicht bereit ist. Wenn das Putzpersonal unser Zimmer mit reinigen nicht vorgezogen hätte, wäre das Zimmer rund eine Stunde zu spät bezugsbereit gewesen. Statt 15.00 Uhr (laut WhatsApp vom Hotel) erst um 16.00 Uhr.

Die Lage ist für mich perfekt. Ruhig und Spaziergang mit Hund ist vor den Hotel möglich.
Die Capuns waren die BESTEN, die ich je gegessen habe, abends auf der Terrasse.

Pros:

Un super emplacement dans un quartier très calme. La chambre se trouve dans le bâtiment annexe. La cuisine est très bonne. Il y a un parking à disposition devant l'hôtel.

Cons:

Le stress du personnel, très direct, pas avenant et ne parlant pas français. Il est vrai que je suis arrivé à 19h en plein service. Vu que mon allemand est très primaire, je n'ai pas tout compris et cela a mis une certaine incompréhension entre nous.
