Für eine Nacht als Zwischenstopp empfehlenswert als Familie.
Pros:

Tolles Familienzimmer, groß und jeder hatte den passenden Schlafplatz
Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal am Empfang.

Cons:

Das Familienzimmer war an der Straße. Nicht unbedingt laut, aber wenn man das Fenster Nacht geöffnet hatte, war es eben nicht ruhig.
Frühstück war in Ordnung. Auswahl begrenzt, zb kein Schokoaufstrich.

Großzügiges Zimmer, gute Ausstattung und sauber. Trotz Hitzewelle war es im Zimmer zur Straße raus sehr angenehm kühl und ruhig.

Cons:

An der Rezeption musste ich zwei mal lange auf einen Mitarbeiter warten. Als dieser zurück kam war er sehr verwirrt und durcheinander und entschuldigte sich damit, dass er schon drei Tage hintereinander gearbeitet hat? Ist das nicht normal? Er wirkte auf mich benebelt.

Das Zimmer war frisch renoviert, groß und akzeptabel ausgestattet, ein Schrank fehlte jedoch und ein Tresor

Am zweiten Tag wurde kein Frühstück serviert, alles war verschlossen, alles dunkel, kein Mitarbeiter war im Hotel, auch telefonisch war niemand erreichbar, wir waren mit mehreren Neuropsychologen im Hotel zu unserer Jahreshauptversammlung in der Uni Göttingen. Es blieb uns nichts anderes übrig, als in der Nähe der Uni in einem Cafe zu frühstücken, erst sehr viel später war vom Hotel jemand erreichbar. Es hieß, ein Mitarbeiter sei ausgefallen, und der andere habe die Vertretung nicht wahrgenommen. Man erstattete uns das Frühstück im Wert von € 7,- und zusätzlich € 7,-. Das Zimmer wurde bei 3 Übernachtungen nicht einmal gereinigt trotz mehrmaliger Nachfragen. Der Mülleimer quoll über, das Toilettenpapier ging zur Neige, ich benutzte dann meine privaten Papiertaschentücher. Letztendlich nahm ich den grünem Müllsack und brachte ihn selbst in die Rezeption. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war völlig überfordert, es gab einen Gast, der immer wieder betonte, dass er bereits alles bezahlt habe, was aber nicht akzeptiert wurde. Ich muss noch dringend überprüfen, ob ich den Aufenthalt nicht doppelt bezahlt habe. Am letzten Tag, einem Samstag, konnte man nicht ab 6:30 Uhr frühstücken, sondern erst ab 7:30:Uhr. Ich hatte aber ein Taxi zur Uni wegen Gepäck für 8 Uhr bestellt, wir hatten ja noch einen Tag mit Programm in der Uni vor uns, , das Frühstück im Hotel fiel für mich daher wieder aus, ich frühstückte dann wieder auf eigene Kosten im bereits bekannten Café. Mir reichte das alles vollkommen, so ein unorganisiertes Hotel habe ich noch nie erlebt, nie wieder.
