Fantastic stay in a mid century inspired hotel. Great location, beautiful room.
Pros:

We stayed here for a birthday treat. We booked a premium suite and were not disappointment. Beautiful big room, super comfortable bed, a big bath in the room and fabulous mid century furnishings and decoration which really added to the whole vibe of the hotel. Great location with an easy walk to our restaurant for the evening. Good breakfast in the morning.

Great location, short walk to the Viaduct and Wynyard Quarter. Boutique feel with great service.
Pros:

Great location, good sized comfortable rooms with a quirky edge and friendly helpful staff.

Cons:

The open plan tiled shower was wheel chair friendly which is great but resulted in water all over the bathroom, making it very slippery. We had to use the extra towels provided to mop the water up.

Cons:

The bathroom in the bedroom with sliding doors was a surprise, maybe I missed that on the write up. Didn’t matter as I was with my husband though!

Comfy stay in a great location
Pros:

Location is excellent. Hotel is situated in a quiet street but right on the harbour front with lots of restaurants within walking distance.

Cons:

Limited choices for breakfast. An open shower without glass enclosure seemed like a good idea but proved impractical after a few showers.

Pros:

We got a great room upgrade and it was an excellent little suite close to the viaduct restaurants bars.... quiet and easy to find excellent little hotel... friendly helpful staff can really recommend this place

Beautiful, classy and functional
Pros:

Beautiful art deco space, the vinyl player was a nice touch and had some interesting records in it. It presented the room nicely and the amenities were appreciated. Will stay again soon.

Excellent hotel - particularly if you’re looking for something a little different. Felt like an airbnb.
Pros:

Super convenient location, in a quieter end of town. I loved how the rooms were different and not like any other standard hotel room. Loved the layout and the living-room bathtub! Great sauna too.

Cons:

Hotel restaurant was short on food options for dinner.

Was a lovely stay and we'd definitely come back when returning to Auckland!
Pros:

Staff were so friendly and helpful!! Room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Great value for money. Hotel in general was quiet and clean

Cons:

The TV was a bit slow and chrome casting didn't work half the time
