Pros:

Ár-érték arányban nagyon jó szállás. Nyáron voltunk, ugyanazon az áron kaptunk egy szobával nagyobb apartmant. Teraszról a kilátás gyönyörű.

1.كانت الشقة نظيفة بشكل عام، إلا أن الغبار كان موجودًا بوضوح، رغم إبلاغ الفندق مسبقًا بتاريخ ووقت وصولنا، وكان من المفترض تجهيزها بشكل أفضل قبل استلامنا لها.
2. عند طلب البطاقات الصيفية، أصرت موظفة الاستقبال على طلب بريد إلكتروني لكل فرد، حتى الأطفال الصغار، ولم تُسهّل الإجراءات. وبعد نقاش، اكتفت في النهاية ببريدين إلكترونيين فقط.

لم تعجبني النظافة، حيث كانت بعض الصحون غير نظيفة بالكامل. كما أن مستوى النظافة لا يتناسب مع قيمة المبلغ المدفوع للإقامة. كذلك لم تكن تتوفر مستلزمات أساسية مثل الصابون، والشامبو، وأدوات الاستحمام.

Good quality but could have more soul.
Pros:

Close to nature, incorporated materials in the room are good qualitiy. Wellnes is a big plus!

Cons:

The room was to sterile, no soule. We also had spider webs in our bedroom. There was no soap for washing your hands neither in the room neither in the community toilet.

Modern and beautiful, but lacking in basic room amenities and attention to detail.
Pros:

This property is clearly very new and in exceptional condition. The materials and appliances are all high quality, and the building felt wonderfully quiet during our mid March visit. Since it was only about a third full, my friends and I essentially had the spa to ourselves. I also appreciated the modern online service and detailed communication. Everything was so seamless that I never needed to contact the staff, even with the physical reception closed.

Cons:

A few minor oversights were surprising given the overall quality. Amenities were sparse for a four-night stay, with only one hand soap for three sinks and two dishwasher tablets. Including basic shower soap would also be a helpful touch for guests.

The spa is beautifully designed but has some practical flaws. Austrian etiquette requires guests to be nude and sit entirely on a towel in the saunas, so providing extra towels in the spa area is a necessity. We also found the sauna operations unreliable. On our first night, the Finnish sauna was barely 45°C an hour after opening, and the second sauna was off entirely. The Himalayan salt sauna seems purely for show as it offers almost no heat, and the cold water bucket was out of order.

Skylodge is like your home in Heaven.
Pros:

A fogadtatás a recepciós részéről. Nagyon megnyerő volt. Csendes környék, nagy terek, minőségi, ízléses szobák. Jól felszerelt. Minőségi sí és bakancs tároló. Mindegyik parkolóhoz tartozik elektromos töltő egység! Nagy biztonság.

Cons:

Érkezésünkkor, csütörtökön nem működött a nagy szauna és már nem is indították el. De javukra legyen szólva, hogy az ügyfélszolgálat este 7kor is készséges volt, a dolgok után érdeklődött, és visszajelzett.
