tolle Lage, vom Bahnhof aus zu Fuß zu erreichen, sehr nettes Personal

Les falta entender que la limpieza es muy importante!
Pros:

Me gustó la distribución del family room, había bastante espacio en la entrada, los closets para colgar y guardar la ropa fueron útiles. La cama y almohadas muy cómodas. El desayuno muy rico, básico pero suficiente. Brindaron un carrito para llevar el equipaje. La entrada y salida del hotel muy fácil y el personal muy amable.

Cons:

La ubicación está un poco lejos del centro, el parking más cercano es en frente, como 18eur el día y hay que cruzar la calle en el semáforo que está en la esquina, con las maletas y todo el equipaje es complicado, pero por el precio, está bien. El aire acondicionado de la habitación no se puede regular o cambiar, eso fue muy incómodo, además que sonaba demasiado como que iba a salir un chorro de agua en cualquier momento, lo que no nos permitió dormir bien la primera noche, ya en la segunda noche lo apagamos para poder dormir. Salimos en la mañana y dejamos apagado el aire, gran error! en la tarde que regresamos la habitación estaba insoportablemente caliente, ya que las ventanas son de piso a techo y el sol pega directo, las cortinas están lejos de las ventanas (hay un gran espacio entre ventana y cortina) lo cual hace que se sienta más cerca el calor al caminar por la habitación. La alfombra tampoco me gustó, es demasiado dura, es como una lija. Solo dejaron 1 funda de basura en el baño, nos tocó comprar para poder cambiarla. Las toallas estaban viejas, incluso una estaba rasgada/rota. Lo peor fue la limpieza, está claro que no es culpa del personal de limpieza, ya que sus superiores deberían darles más tiempo para poder limpiar correctamente cada habitación; habían cabellos en la alfombra! deberían dejar que el personal de limpieza pueda aspirar por 5minutos más y quedaría mucho mejor; en la ducha fue terrible!! Es muy necesario un poco de cloro o algún producto para que se limpie a profundidad, toda la parte de abajo de la pared de la ducha estaba amarilla!! Cómo es posible eso?? Se nota que no han pasado un cepillo o un productos de limpieza por meses, eso fue una gran decepción.
