Handdoek waar nog haren in hingen
Na melding aan receptie simpele mededeling ‘we zullen die dadelijk vervangen’
Werd ook zo gedaan maar een excuse of op zijn minst actie werd er met geen woord over gerept laat staan een commerciële geste

A quirky stay in a new area for us
Pros:

The location was fine but new to us. Once we understood where we were we were fine. We liked the informality downstairs and the choice of seating areas. The room was nice and bright but I did bang my let repeatedly on the bed during the night. I liked that we did not have to have room service each day as it enabled us to relax more.

Cons:

I understood why we paid as we went but it was inconvenient for a business traveller and I would have preferred it all on one bill. Everything else was fine.

Unkomplizierte Ankunft, sehr netter Mitarbeiter, Hamza, versucht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen im Rahmen seiner Möglichkeiten! Sehr ruhige Zimmer, trotz der sehr zentralen Lage

Cons:

Großes Aufkommen von Gästen bei den gängigen Frühstückszeiten, deshalb manches nicht ständig aufgefüllt.

Eine richtig schöne Zeit!
Pros:

Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Lage des Hotels und die wirklich herzliche Atmosphäre . Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Man hat zu jeder Zeit gespürt, dass das Team Freude an der eigenen Arbeit hat und ehrlich bemüht ist (ohne jede aufgesetzte Freundlichkeit). Ich habe es selten erlebt, dass in so großen Hotels am nächsten Morgen noch erinnert wird, welchen Wunsch man am Morgen vorher beim Frühstück hatte(Hamza). Das Frühstück war wirklich super lecker, vielseitig und liebevoll. Was für ein Buffet wirklich nicht selbstverständlich ist. Wir werden auf jeden Fall im nächsten Jahr wiederkommen.
