Uitstekend hotel , zou het iedereen aanraden als je naar Keulen gaat
Pros:

Mooie locatie, heerlijk ontbijt, personeel heel goed, mooie fijne kamer , hygiëne prima

Cons:

Wat jammer is dat je € 20,- p dag v parkeren moet betalen voor parkeren in hun eigen garage , dit gebeurt bij veel hotels maar ik vind dat dit een service hoort te zijn

Comfortable stay in a stylish hotel
Pros:

Central location, smart decor, good-sized rooms with comfortable beds. Nice breakfast.

Cons:

The bathroom (toilet and shower) is not separate from the bedroom, only separated by glass, which gives zero privacy. Having the sink in the bedroom itself is annoying. A case of style over practicality.

Pros:

Insgesamt ist das Frühstück absolut aussergewöhnlich- ein riesiges Buffet mit wirklich allem drum und dran. Die Lage ist super. Die Zimmer sind ruhig und das junge Personal ist insgesamt sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Im Gegensatz zu einem früheren Aufenthalt, gab es eine Situation beim Frühstück wo ich etwas unfreundlich behandelt wurde und es auch vergessen wurde mir den Kaffee zu bringen den ich bestellt hatte. Da waren grad aber auch sehr viele Gäste da und das Personal überfordert. Kann ja mal vorkommen. Was mir aber etwas ausmacht, ist, dass ich mein Ladegerät und ein Kleidungsstück bei der Abreise vergessen hatte und sich bislang niemand auf meine angegebene Mailadresse (Lost and Found) gemeldet hat.

Pros:

Die Ausstattung war super, fast alles was man brauchte war da.
Die Lobby war echt cool gestaltet.Personal richtig lieb und freundlich.

Cons:

Mir fehlte ein Schrank um meine Kleidung
zu verstauen. Es sind zwar 6 Bügel dort gewesen, aber für 2 Personen war das zu wenig.
Gewöhnungsbedürftig war das Waschbecken im Zimmer.Man mußte aus dem WC raus um dann seine Hände waschen zu können.

Fijn verblijf, volgende keer Keulen zullen we hier weer verblijven!

Het vriendelijke personeel, de kwaliteit van het ontbijt en de drankjes, de parkeergelegenheid

Cons:

Het bed staat zo kort op de muur dat wij elke keer onze benen stoten bij het passeren. Ook miste ik kussens en handdoeken, er was rekening gehouden met 1 persoon in plaats van 2. Dit werd wel snel en netjes geregeld!

Pros:

Erg leuk hotel, verrassende inrichting. Kamer was prima en voldoende groot voor 3 personen. Heerlijke doucheproducten op de kamer. Parkeren in de parkeergarage onder het hotel kost €20 per nacht en de ligging van het hotel is prima om de stad te voet te kunnen ontdekken.

Cons:

We misten een minibar/koelkast op de kamer.

Das ganze Hotel ist sehr schön ausgestattet und die Lage ist super

Cons:

Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt wäre mir eventuell das Zimmer zu klein gewesen aber wir wussten ja, dass wir nur eine Nacht dort sind.
