Trendy venue in a great location.
Pros:

Friendly staff, very well decorated and plenty of parking in a city centre setting

The bar was lovely and the lady who checked us in was fantastic.

Cons:

AC broken / we were given a replacement room and that was just the same. Far too warm to sleep!

Pros:

Дуже зручне місце розташування, подальше від вокзалу і самому центрі нічного життя. Чудовий інтерʼєр.

Cons:

У душі не було дуже чисто. Вивіска не дуже помітна , трохи важко було знайти, якщо ти на авто.

Good value for money
Pros:

The hotel is very modern and stylish, and it’s located in a lively area.

The staff were quite pleasant and helpful. We had an issue with the air conditioning in our room, and they provided a fan and twice offered to send technicians, who eventually fixed it.

I didn’t try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. Overall, I’d say it’s a good choice for the price, especially for active travelers who enjoy staying in a vibrant neighborhood.

Cons:

It’s clean, although the rooms are not very big, and ours had a slightly unusual layout. Also we had a fire alarm evacuation on one day, but it was managed really well.

Die Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich. Hamza aber auch alle anderen waren super nett und sind unseren Wünschen nachgekommen. Besonders das Service und Barpersonal waren sehr zuvorkommend. Die kleine Auswahl a Snacks und die Getränke an der Bar waren auch top. Zimmer sauber, hell und auch dass es ein paar Bügel gab, war super!

Anfahrt mit der Bahn war easy und gut zu finden.

Cons:

Den Self Check-In fanden wir persönlich sehr unpersönlich und auch grundlegende Infos bleiben dabei auf der Strecke und wir fanden es etwas nervig alles erfragen zu müssen. War trotzdem alles ok und hat den Aufenthalt nicht schlechter gemacht.

Die Lage fanden wir aufgrund der vielen Drogenabhängigen in der Umgebung etwas schwierig, natürlich ist uns klar, dass das Hotel darauf keinen Einfluss hat und würden auch wiederkommen.

Wonderful and comfortable.
Pros:

First off, I checked in late and the unique self check in was awesome. I had also request on where to grab a dinner on Sunday night. The staff was kind enough to hold my bags and give me suggestions so I can rush across the street for some yummy Japanese cuisine. Love how the staff take care of the patrons.

Cons:

Well, there was a fire alarm that went off at 1:40AM and I had a morning flight. It’s not the hotel’s fault.infact I thank them for making sure we were all safe and accounted for. I still was not happy about the whole incident. Not the Hotel’s fault.

Super leuk en fijn verblijf!
Pros:

We hadden een heerlijke kamer! Veel ruimte en hele fijne bedden. Daarnaast veel gebruik gemaakt van de Galleys met (gratis) bruis-, kraan- en kokend water.

Cons:

De bar is 24/7 open. Heel fijn, maar we merkten wel dat het personeel het heel druk had en je daardoor niet zo goed geholpen wordt. We moesten vaak uit onszelf naar de bar lopen om te vragen of we geholpen konden worden. Desondanks daarna wel goede bediening!
