Đã đặt trên Booking nhưng vẫn không được nhận phòng, Mình đã đến KS lúc 14:30 tuy nhiên KS thông báo đã goi cho tôi bằng số dt 02543521154 luc 10:22 phút sáng (không phải dt liên hệ với KS đã dăng ký trên Booking+84987630635) và nói rằng không liên hệ được với tôi nên không giữ phòng cho tôi, cuối cùng tôi phải ra đi vì không có chỗ trú lại sau 1 cuộc ăn nói không hoà nhã của ks, thế la đi chơi mà gặp chuyện buồn bực thế là ra về bỏ mất 1 lần hoà cùng TP đón kỷ niệm đổi tên TP. cũng là do sau khi thấy cuộc goi nhỡ mà không dám gọi lại vì là số dt bàn và không phải số của KS thông báo trên booking, khhon6g dám ngọi lai sợ lừa đảo, mà bị lừa thật, ai sẽ là người bảo vệ cho khách trên đây,

Phòng dơ, nhà vệ sinh hôi, cữ mở cửa đi vệ sinh là mùi hôi chịu k nổi. Lễ tân luôn trong tình trạng ngủ say. Xuống mượn máy sấy nhưng gọi hoài vẫn ngủ.
