Buena opción para hospedarse
Pros:

Hotel moderno, limpio y muy cómodo. El personal fue muy amable durante toda la estadía y las habitaciones están bien equipadas. Muy buena relación calidad-precio, es una buena opción para disfrutar de Cancún.

Cons:

Como sugerencia, considero que el desayuno podría mejorar en variedad y calidad para estar a la altura del resto de los servicios del hotel. Sin duda, es un aspecto que haría la experiencia aún mejor.

Me encantó el menú que ofrecen y la comodidad de sus habitaciones ( super completas , sobretodo la zona de la cocina tienes de todo ala mano ) .

Cons:

La atención al cliente es muy mala , una persona en particular en recepción se negó ayudarnos 2 veces ( teniendo en cuenta somos turistas ,primera vez en Cancún ) se negó de manera grosera ayudarnos con cosas que estaban a su alcance y en su deber .

Nos hemos hospedado en este hotel anteriormente. Estuvo genial, pero ahora decayó demasiado. Todo sucio, cosas ya en mal estado, cafe no funcional y cuando si, muy fea el sabor. Desayuno mas o menos. Alberca se ve super sucio, ni se antoja meterse. Para acabarlo, Booking.com no explica bien que tienes que reservar el transporte del aeropuerto al hotel con 48 horas de anticipacion. Reserve este hotel de emergencia despues de un vuelo cancelado, y no nos pudieron llevar del aeropuerto al hotel. PESIMO servicio, considerando que hay hoteles al rededor con servicio 24/7. Jamas regresare aqui

Que el desayuno era malo y el servicio para la cena impresentable y encima pago. Muy mala la comida
