Breve escape del caos
Pros:

Se me hizo un lugar silencioso y solitario, lejos del caos del trafico y musica constante en lugares mas concurridos. Me encanto que el hotel fuera petfriendly, asi que mi perrita estuvo muy feliz caminando en los alrededores.

Cons:

El desayuno me parece dejo mucho que desear. Tardaron en servir nuevamente los alimentos, por que por la alta demanda se consumia muy rapido. La temperatura no se conservo muy bien. Si pudieran mejorar este aspecto, el lugar seria perfecto.

Chambre spacieuse, très agréable et propre bié équipée

Cons:

Le service de navette aeroport est une pure arnaque. Aucune réponse a nos demandes avant l'arrivée.Il est organisé par une structure privée qui vous impose des horaires inacceptables: depart de l'hôtel a 2h30 pour un vol a 6h, avec 10 min de trajet...et il faut les avertir 48h avant.
Nous avons finalement payé plus de 100€ pour nos transferts.
Aucune aide d'un personnel a peine poli.

Very clean and comfotable hotel.
Pros:

Comfortable bed, the fact that there was a kitchen- very convenient, free shuttle to Dolphin Beach and the place was very clean.

Cons:

I did not like the breakfast.

Home away from home but better
Pros:

If you like a place that is a home away from home but the convenience of a hotel. This is it! Buffet breakfast was very good, staff are amazing . MRS - Anna booked all of our day trips. Everything in one place. Two swimming pools and food service to the roof and rooms , Fish and shrimp tacos are the best!

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
Pros:

A medical emergency prevented me from flying and while the airline gave me a credit on the flight, the hotel did not even considered to offer me a voucher. It took days for someone at the front desk to answer the phone let alone have a manager available.

I am members Marriott for couple decades. Book this hotel 🏨 because "free" aeroport shuttle. I emailed 📧 hotel over 6 times. Called booked in website for the transportation. They never pick me up. Has to spend $30 taxi 🚕. Mexico travel solutions that is company hotel uses. Try to get refund for money 💰 I spend. I was told "no" it is not hotel problem. The breakfast employee rude
