Excellent
Pros:

Excellent location. With everything you need on the street of the apartment: bars, restaurants, supermarkets. The best location in Clifton. Great communication with the company.

Awful experience and requesting full refund.
Cons:

Booked a room for two adults (colleagues) with two beds, only one bed in the room on arrival. Host did nothing to sort out. Had to sleep on a sofa, detrimental to work following day.

Great location and good value for money.
Pros:

Good location in centre of Clifton village and easy check in on line etc .Kitchenette well equipped if you need some cooking facilities
Comfortable bed

Cons:

Keyless entry a bit fiddly
The studio room had no comfortable seating - just two hard dining chairs . Would have been nice to have a chair/settee but appreciated room small so no space .Bedding /bed basic and although comfortable felt very sparse
Parking was tight so we didn’t attempt it
overall good value for money and I was happy with my stay

Clean, comfortable, convenient. Would recommend.
Pros:

I liked that it had all the facilities I needed in the apartment. The room was spacious and well ventilated and lit and quiet. You cant hear anything from the other rooms on the floor, or from outside (perfect for business meetings). Located very close to local shops and supermarket in a desirable area. TV had all the preminum streaming services (Netflix, iPlayer, Prime etc).

Cons:

The shower was a bit fiddly to get the right temperature but there were helpful instructions. Shower pressure not great. The check-in and check out (extension) process created a bit of confusion between office staff and cleaning staff.

The best location for a decent price.
Pros:

Fabulous location. The entry system was secure.

Cons:

It felt a little bit grubby. Not dirty but paint was peeling in the bathroom and there was a bit of the kitchen fittings missing under the cooker. One bedside lamp had a European plug but no socket. Parking can be tricky.

A mid-week stay to visit my son it ideally met my needs, particularly as I was able to take my dog.
Pros:

It was in a good location- I travelled with my dog and there were some lovely walks within easy access. The apartment was very clean and had all the facilities I needed for a 2 night stay.

Cons:

The parking area was very 'tight' and only limited spaces - I had to pay for on-street parking for the first night- but as it was in quite a busy area, I guess it's difficult to see any way around this.

Pros:

Very convenient central location in Clifton village.
Helpful staff contactable via telephone when required.
Dog friendly.

Cons:

Our designated apartment was already occupied on our arrival. (Contacted member of staff who was helpful and changed our apartment).
Keypad entry to apartment - personally would feel more secure with a key in a lockbox.
A lot of traffic noise outside apartment as situated on a busy junction.

beutiful neighbourhood

Cons:

the contact with the property was hard, some lady name Julia answered me after 4 hours during the check-in and she told me some wrong informations about our stay, very unprofessional, the place is far from the city centre but the neighbourhood is nice, the AC wasn’t really working, everything else was ok
