Einfach prima zum Übernachten auf der Durchreise.
Das Bett ist gut und die Einrichtung praktisch und durchdacht

Cons:

Pappbecher zum Zähneputzen oder Wassertrinken . Ich habe aber auf Nachfrage ein Glas bekommen.
Spiegel war richtig verschmutzt

Ausreichendes Frühstück, Nähe zur Altstadt Rosenheim, Parkhaus gleich mit Hotelzutritt wo auch Fahrräder abgestellt werden konnten , Sauberkeit,

Cons:

Fahrstuhl war während des gesamten Aufenthalts von vier Tagen defekt.
War nicht so gut bei drei Etagen.

Cons:

Lärm durch Jugendgruppen; die Mitarbeiterin war sehr bemüht und freundlich, aber es war nichts zu machen. Die Betreuer hat das nicht interessiert. Ich habe auch was zu den Teens gesagt, sinnlos. Ein stundenlanges lautes Gerenne der Kinder und Jugendlichen bis später Abend. Die Betreuer haben sich einfach nicht um die Kinder gekümmert. Unmögliches Verhalten.

Die Nähe zum Bahnhof

Cons:

Es hätte viel sauberer sein können fie Fenster länger nicht geputzt die Rezeption nicht geöffnet wo wir angekommen waren obwohl im Netz stand besetzt vo 6 bis 22 Uhr Frühstück steht in Netz täglich von 7 bis 10 Uhr nach Rücksprache am Wochenende erst ab 7.30 Uhr weil die Brötchen später kommen
