Breakfast not great, Fantastic ! Spa very good, Hibiki Japanese restaurant, great food with excellent service.
Staff does NOT speak English or any other western language.
I really liked the cleanliness, comfort, and the professional service from the hotel staff. The atmosphere was relaxing and everything was well organized, making the stay very enjoyable.

Excellent facilities within the hotel. The restaurant at level 3 is very good. The ground floor cafe has good coffee. Surrounding the hotel has a few convenient stores and snacks places.
The accessibility is restricted to the upper floor check in level or main lobby before the room level. There transition of lift access might take a little longer to your room.

Genial. Me dijeron que es el mejor hotel de Jinan y esto es bien posible. Todo impecable. El restaurante japonés de la planta 52 es fabuloso (aunque caro). Las vistas desde la habitación (planta 55) eran increíbles.
