Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sauber und ordentlich, zentral am Bahnhof gelegen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, alles lief unkompliziert.

Cons:

Die Matratzen waren bretthart, die Kissen ok. Beim Frühstücksbuffet habe ich Rührei und Bacon vermisst. Der Hoteleigene Parkplatz war schon voll, hab dann im Forum-Parkhaus geparkt.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Hauptbahnhof . Schönes Zimmer , allerdings sollte das angeblich Premium sein , dafür war es nicht Premium AUSREICHEND .
nettes Personal
Kein Schlüssel , keine Karte mehr nötig , läuft alles über Codes
Wasser und Kaffee auf dem Zimmer
Duschgel, bequeme Betten , jeder zwei dicke Kissen , das war echt Klasse und sehr luxuriös . Danke dafür ☘️

Cons:

Check in kompliziert , funktionierte auch nicht .
Kapselmaschine im Zimmer nicht nachhaltig
Wasserkocher und Aufgusskaffee wäre voll ausreichend
Frühstück war ok , jedoch sehr chaotisch
Buffett an einer Wand , es staute sich alles , außerdem sehr unübersichtlich , da Geschirr und Besteck unterm Buffett standen
Und Eier z. b auch . Also man musste schon suchen , aber das war eben kompliziert , weil das Buffett an der Wand war und die Leute sich alle davor versammelten . zwischendurch versuchte die Bedienung dazwischen zu kommen , um nachzufüllen , war auch schwierig , weil überall Menschen standen ..
Es war sehr laut . EINE Gruppe hat sich so laut unterhalten, dass man sich selbst nicht mehr verstanden hat
Da könnte man die Gäste ruhig mal drauf hinweisen . Die andere Seite , da haben wirklich alle die Augen verdreht , dass Ding wirklich nicht
Das wären alles Leute im mittleren Alter , also keine Schwerhörigen Senioren und auch keinen Gruppe Jugendlicher . Die haben sich echt richtig daneben benommen .
Die Toilette in der Lobby war völlig verdreckt , der Mülleimer quoll über
Bin dann doch in den vierten Stock gegangen .Es war halb 10 , und schon so verdreckt .Laut Aushang wurde einen Tag vorher im Vormittagsbereich zum letzten Mal kontrolliert , das geht nicht . Desinfektionsspender im Foyer war auch leer , also auch nicht aufgefüllt zum Morgen hin
Im. Grossen und Ganzen würde ich wieder kommen
Jedoch gibt es einiges zu tun , um den Gast einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bieten
Aber für eine Nacht ist es ok
Für einen längeren geplanten Aufenthalt würde mir eine Alternative suchen .

Estafa
Cons:

Reservamos una habitación para dos dias, booking nos mando un mail diciendo que no era una reserva, que debíamos esperar a que el hotel nos contactara para la confirmación. La confirmación nunca llegó, por lo que llamamos al hotel por teléfono como indicaba el mail de booking. La persona que nos atendió dijo que la reserva no existía y que no había habitaciones libres por lo que tuvimos que buscar otro hotel a 10 días de nuestro viaje, sin encontrar ninguno y teniéndolos que alojar lejos de la ciudad.
Para nuestra sorpresa, nos llegó un mensaje pasada la fecha reclamando que no nos presentamos en la reserva y que nos cobrarían igualmente. Obviamente pusimos una reclamación para que esto no pasara.

Sehr angenehmes Hotel in praktischer Bahnhofsnähe.
Pros:

Alles war sehr praktisch und wie neu.
War drei Nächte da und es war OK ohne Schrank mit der ausreichenden Garderobe.
Bequemes Bett, Lichtschutzvorhänge, Klimaanlage, gute Beleuchtung.
Genug Steckdosen.
Privatsphäre.
Lage gegenüber Bahnhof für mich perfekt.
Frühstück war für mich gut.
Eventuell als Variante zusätzlich Vollkornbrot.
Flexibilität beim Personal😊

Cons:

Papierkorb sollte täglich geleert werden.
Das wurde dann, auch auf meinen Hinweis hin, flexibel gehandhabt.

Das Bett war schön fest, die Lage zum Bahnhof und zur Fußgängerzone gut

Cons:

Im Bad hing die Steckdose aus der Wand und die Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht einstellen und machte eigenartige Geräusche
