Clean facilities
The rooms that don’t face the outside are smaller - they took my card as a hold and I have 3 random charges from them for no reason. The staff aren’t the most helpful
The location was great as it is close to a huge, reasonably priced car park and shops and restaurants. There is also a train station where you can get a quick train to Windsor. Rooms are a good size and clean.
There was very little to like the staff had me standing out side and dealt with my in harsh manner,
The staff were threatening and abusive
Second time we have stayed here as a stop on the way to Heathrow , very nice welcome from the staff , a free drink too , little things make a big difference .

No parking facilities especially for disabled people
Location close to train station, bus stops. The rooms are spacious and comfortable for short stays. Generally the atmosphere in the lounge and main hall is quiet and pleasant.
No Internet, I couldn’t connect to the WiFi and no 4G network. Even TV live kept freezing. Something you wouldn’t expect in an hotel nowadays.
Breakfast wasn’t inviting and looked after as I remember it was in the past. Eggs were dry, just few pieces of bread and few pastries left (I was there at 8am on a Sat). The cheese/yogurt/fruit counter was far too cold.
It’s close to everything like a Tesco and a train station. Also has free parking
House cleaning was super loud in the mornings and the tv was super glitchy watching films
