Lovely staff, great vibes, fun for kids!
Pros:

Excellent staff at the front desk and bar! Great vibes in the lobby, fantastic for a team of baseball kids to all hang out and play ping pong and fuze ball and watch the world cup.

Cons:

Would be nice to automatically get cleaning each day

Young and funky hotel with a fun and happy vibe
Pros:

What can I say about the Moxy!?? Well it’s definitely different, the staff are young friendly and smiley! They all remember your name and go over and above to help.
From changing my room (my choice I wanted a view)! To losing my coffee travel mug and getting it back three days later! The room was comfortable and clean. I asked for a clean after 2 nights and that was not a bother. The shower was clean and water powerful. Plenty of towels and a decent hairdryer. The restaurant at Jim’s on 9th floor was great good as fresh tasty food. The breakfast choice was good and varied. The bar was always open and staff helpful. I enjoyed my free cocktail and looked at the world going by. The snack bar area is a good addition. Prices ok!
The only negatives are the TV signal cuts out fairly regularly but I wasn’t really watching anything important so not a problem. The car park is a five to ten minute walk away which for bag drop off is far. But they let me park out the back and check in first which was good. There are also free lockers which help to leave bags and stuff in. The gym was good and well equipped.
I would definitely recommend and stay again. Shout out to Jessica on reception a big asset to have!

Useful hotel for Heathrow.
Pros:

Location in Slough close to station, with direct bus to Heathrow across the street opposite.

Cons:

Held on to security deposit for over 7 days!
Slough is very run down.

The staff were very helpful, polite and respectful. Good breakfast in the morning and the location is good.
