Die Lage ist hervorragend. Mann kann alles in der Stadt Zufluss ereignen. Der Parkplatz vom Hotel ist mit einem großen Auto gut zu befahren. Die Sauna ist ganz neu. Der Fitnessraum ist allerdings sehr klein. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Cons:

Die Gastfreundlichkeit und Dienstleistungsqualität hat in den letzten 2 Jahren leider massiv abgenommen.

Wir waren in den letzten Jahren einige Male Gast im Emilu, doch die Erfahrungen bei unserem letzten Aufenthalt waren leider sehr enttäuschend.

Wir hatten bereits Monate im Voraus gebucht und trotzdem gefühlt, dass wirklich hinterletzte Zimmer mit kaputter Dusche erhalten.
Die Dusche wurde trotz täglicher Hinweise an der Rezeption während unseres 4-tägigen Aufenthalts nicht repariert. Die Kaffeemaschine roch nach Inbetriebnahme unangenehm verschmort.

Bademäntel sind einfach wegrationiert worden, und das Zimmer wurde immer erst sehr spät gereinigt.

Ein Garagenplatz stand in der angrenzenden hoteleigenen Tiefgarage leider keiner für die gesamte Dauer unseres Aufenthalts zur Verfügung. Es wurde uns mitgeteilt, wir können im gleichen Parkhaus einfach oberhalb zu städtischen Konditionen von 25 statt 20 Euro Tagessatz parken . Dies haben wir getan, auch wenn der städtische Teil wirklich sehr marode daher kommt. Ärgerlich war, dass diese Information leider nicht stimmte. Wir haben für knapp 36h in diesem maroden Parkhaus 63EUR !!!!bezahlt.

Noch etwas ärgerlicher war dann folgende Situation:
Bei der Anreise (Do) wurde uns auf Nachfrage versichert, dass wenn wir Hotelgäste sind, wir am Sonntag gemeinsam mit 2 Nichtgästen ( mein Bruder mit Anhang) dort brunchen dürfen. Diese Aussage wurde ein Tag vorher revidiert und wir mussten kurzfristig eine Alternative finden, was uns wirklich sehr geärgert hat. Verlässliche Informationen also generell Fehlanzeige!!

Unser Fazit:
Dieses Hotel lebt lediglich von der Lage.

Wir sind überzeugt wenn man nicht zwingend diese Lage benötigt, finden sich bessere Alternativen!

Wir werden für die Zukunft jedenfalls Alternativen prüfen, da für uns Preis/ Leistung einfach nicht mehr stimmt.

Excellent Service, Comfort, and Location
Pros:

Really a fantastic hotel. It absolutely exceeded my expectations. Very clean, beautifully and tastefully designed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Great location as well.

We also had a two-day company meeting at the hotel, and everything there was excellent too: the food was great and the meeting room was perfect.

Everyone was extremely friendly. We will definitely come back!
