Pros:

I liked that it was close to Shimbashi station. The staff was very nice. The breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious. The room was clean and tidy.

Cons:

The lights of the AC's control panel and fire alarm in my room shone rather brightly at night, so I had trouble sleeping. Plus, the WiFi and internet reception in my room were quite bad, so I kept getting disconnected when I had to talk on the phone.

Cons:

ベッドに誰かの髪の毛が付いていて気分が悪かったです。
部屋のドライヤーも壊れていました。
ホテル自体は好立地でサービスも良かったのでまた泊まりたいと思っています。改善されることを望みます。

Pros:

Kind and helpful staff.

Cons:

We are not consuming pig. But all hot meals are served in the same section (2 box in 1 section) with the meals with pig. I would like to advise to put them in seperate section. We could not even taste plain potato as it affected with other meal's steam.

Will definitely come back
Pros:

Convenient location, quiet considering it situated on a busy street. Facility was clean and relatively well maintained. There was a pottery festival going on and we were right at the middle of the festival when we step out of the building. It was such a treat !
