It was an excellent experience!
Pros:

It was clean, very quiet. The location was excellent. The food was great, all the staff were very nice and excellent to deal with. The coffee in the lounge was very very good!!

Clean and modern hotel in a great location, with super handy amenities.
Pros:

Location is great, close to Shinbashi train station, plenty of bars, restaurants, convenience stores and close to Ginza main shopping area.

Cons:

The hotel bar/restaurant could be better, the one night we went for dinner a lot of their meal options were unavailable. Very quiet in the bar/restaurant which little ambience.

Great location but no next time.
Pros:

Great location, very friendly and nice staff. Hotel was clean.

Cons:

Rooms are extremely small, no wardrobe at all, and breakfast was very poor.
