Pros:

Le confort du lit (parmi les meilleurs que l'on a fait au japon), l'emplacement pratique et calme à la fois.
La mise à disposition de machine à laver / sèche linge à un tarif raisonnable. L'eau, café et thé offert + les pancakes le matin.

Cons:

Le personnel, pas forcément chaleureux, et vite en stress lorsqu'il y a un peu de monde à la réception.
Une odeur de remontée d'égout au RDC de l'hôtel, mais heureusement pas ailleurs.

Una certezza
Pros:

Torno sempre volentieri in questo hotel, che ha una posizione fantastica per visitare Tokyo. Nel cuore di Ginza, circondato da negozi, conbini, metro, ecc. La possibilità di avere caffè, ameneties e una bevanda al giorno è un plus che valuto molto. Bagno con doccia, camera fresca, letti comodi.

Cons:

Le dimensioni della camera, sempre piccole come in tutti gli hotel giapponesi e il rapporto qualità-prezzo che trovo un po' sbilanciato. Per i servizi che offre, fa pagare un po' troppo, ma è una certezza sul confort quindi accettabile.

Location was wonderful. Walking distance to everything.

Only 2 elevators and very hard to find space in ealry mornings and check-in times.

うーん、微妙かな。一階のカフェが良かったので悩ましいです。スタッフ含めて。
Pros:

1階にあるカフェがとても気持ちよかったです。スタッフも気を配り、とても優しかったです。

Cons:

ベットのカバーの下が髪の毛とほこりだらけでした。虫がいないか確認してしまいました。そこまで掃除するのは、大変だと思いますが、たまにはやってほしいです。
受付時、まだチェックインできない時間ですが、お客が来ていることに気づいているのかいないのか、しばらく私語していました。
チェックイン時も機械でできるのに、1人1人対応していました。機械いるの？

二度と泊まらない
Pros:

値段と駅に比較的近いこと

Cons:

電子レンジがなかった。普通は、ロビー等に電子レンジがあると思うので、そのつもりで夕食を買って帰ったが、スタッフの対応が、「ないですけどなにか！？」というような上からな態度で腹が立った。
