Pros:

Hotel situato in una posizione comoda vicino alla linea yamanote. Staff gentile e disponibile. Pulito. Ci hanno regalato una bottiglia di vino per la nostra luna di miele.

La camera era un po piccola sé viaggi con valigie grandi. Ricambio d’aria / aria condizionata un po rumorosa

God beliggenhed, men minder om et hostel
Pros:

Lå centralt, men ikke hvor der var meget gang i den, som der ellers er i Osaka. Man kunne heller ikke høre togskinnerne, selvom man bor meget tæt på stationen

Væggene var beskidte og det mindede meget om et hostel i receptionen

まぁまぁ（満足とは言えない）。
Pros:

スタッフ対応はまずまず。
新橋、東銀座、銀座から意外に距離はあるが、苦にはならない。

Cons:

エレベーターオペレーションが遅い。
室内に電話がなく、フロントに連絡する際はエレベーター横にある電話を使うことになる。不便極まりない。
室内の壁紙がかなり傷んでいた。
冷蔵庫の冷え方が弱い。
室内着は上下あり、配置してある棚に上下別々に置かれているいるが、何の表記もないので上着だけもっていき、再度、パンツを取りに行く羽目に。
全般的に説明が足らない。

Pros:

I liked that it was close to Shimbashi station. The staff was very nice. The breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious. The room was clean and tidy.

Cons:

The lights of the AC's control panel and fire alarm in my room shone rather brightly at night, so I had trouble sleeping. Plus, the WiFi and internet reception in my room were quite bad, so I kept getting disconnected when I had to talk on the phone.

Cons:

ベッドに誰かの髪の毛が付いていて気分が悪かったです。
部屋のドライヤーも壊れていました。
ホテル自体は好立地でサービスも良かったのでまた泊まりたいと思っています。改善されることを望みます。
