The location was perfect for what we needed.
The bathroom is very small.
The location is superb.
The room itself is comfortable : quiet, neat and practical in general.
The shower is terribly small, impossible to have a proper shower.
The lift was broken from early evening to next morning and not attended to.
We were trapped in the lift for over 20 minutes with no one answering the alarm. We contacted the fire brigade on the iPhone emergency SOS. There was no cellphone coverage in the lift!
Our guest, who is 86 yrs old was in the lift with us, after being rescued, there was no one except (the gentleman from reception, from the serviced apartment provider.
The London Fire Brigade were excellent.
On the room, some bottled water would be nice!
Housekeeping also entered our room before the 11am check out time, stripping the beds etc. as we were out for breakfast.
This was a fantastic location in an upscale neighborhood and right around the corner from the Tube. Staff were super communicative and onsite if you ran into any issues, bedding was comfortable. I would highly recommend and would stay there again when coming back to London.
We were there during the end of the heat wave and sadly the flat (!nor most of England) doesn’t have AC. They provided us with fans, which helped.

The location and staff were AH-MAZING! The apartment was lovely and accommodating. Towels, toiletries, as well as kitchen amenities were wonderful.
The portable a/c unit was very much appreciated. We could have used another in the living area.

Blackout curtains for summer months. Keep them closed during the day while you're out!
The beds could have been more comfortable with pillows that were soft and not covered in super stiff "crunchy" linen. I also think the base pillow was plastic to be waterproof. The comforter on the bed was also way too heavy for summer. This ties into the extreme heatwave and the lack of central cooling in the apartment. We were sweating through the night in spite of having the portable a/c in the back bedroom.
The one tower fan simply did not cool the main living area. Temps outside were nearly 100°F during the day.
The blow dryer cannot be used in the bathroom. There is no plug for it.
If you are a person who uses washcloths, make sure you bring one with you. They are not provided.
Instructions for the washer would be helpful. It did not dry our clothes, but I laid them out on the rack and they dried overnight.
My husband took out all the filters in the tower fan, which was blowing very little and from the wrong side. The filters were tremendously clogged and FULL. After he serviced it, the fan worked optimally, but still not powerful enough to cool a large space.

Property and location were great.
Just one issue. One of the other resident occupiers (maybe in the adjacent apartment or the one above) was very loud on the phone for a whole hour or more between 2am and 4am which led to a rather disturbed sleep. Soundproofing is not great.
The location is very good.
To much light in the mornings, it could use some black-out curtains.

Hyvä sijainti, tilava asunto. Mahdollisuus aikaiseen sisäänkirjautumisen asunnon ollessa jo vapaa, kun saavuimme paikalle. Vilkas ympäristö, mutta äänet eivät kantautuneet huoneeseen saakka (4krs). Paljon ravintoloita ja kauppoja läheisyydessä ja metroasema ihan vieressä.
Huoltomies oli korjaamassa pesukonetta, kun saavuimme lauantai-iltana asunnolle illallisen jälkeen noin 9.30PM. Hänen jäljiltään pesukoneen vieressä oleva kokolattiamatto kastui läpimäräksi. Vuokranantaja vain pahoitteli myöhäistä häiriötä, muttei antanut mitään konkreettista kompensaatiota.
Asunto oli päällystetty kokolattiamatolla, josta en pitänyt. Lisäksi asunto oli järkyttävän kuuma, eikä ollut kunnollista ilmastointia, vaikeutti yöunia.
