Beautiful Hotel with an amazing location. The staff was very kind and helpful.
Pros:

Customer service was amazing. The staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond. We have traveled to many places and this one of the the best experience my family and I have had. Location could not be better. The rooms were clean and cozy. Breakfast was a usual buffet style. Over all it was an A+ experience.

Pros:

Excellent staff and location next to old Mostar bridge. Clean and comfortable room. Interesting arhitecture. Very nice view on Kriva cuprija bridge. Variety.of very good food for breakfast.

Cons:

The AC unit is blowing right at the bed and there’s no way to fix blowing into wnother direction. It is very hot and you have to use AC all the night. Blowing in incomfortable even at low power mode.
When is raining, smell of the nearby river is not whar you want.

The best staff and the best location for visiting Mostar
Pros:

This hotel had the best service-minded staff I have ever come accross in any hotel around the world. The best part being that they were so sincere and genuine, that you could feel it in everything. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices. Dinner was good and the view was like it was from a movie, so there was no need to leave the hotel for eating somewhere else.
Location was perfect for exploring the city. Still it was quiet at night, though being in the center of everything. We got recommendations from the hotel for day visit which we did, and they were definately worth the visit. There was also safe parking place nearby.
We would definately visit this hotel again and can recommend it from bottom of our hearts.

Pros:

The property was exactly as the pictures show - a beautiful stone structure nestled within the old town of Mostar. We loved being able to walk the town in the morning and evening when all of the tour buses were gone. The staff is extremely warm and welcoming. I cried the moment I stepped into the property because the location is so precious. S ljubavlju i zahvalnošću!

Accueil charmant tout près de la rivière
Pros:

Très joli bâtiment ancien en plein centre historique, personnel adorable aux petits soins. Les lits sont très confortables et tout est très propre et cosy. Très bon petit déjeuner , les terrasses, climatisation parfaite et pratique de pouvoir se garer au parking payant juste à côté

Cons:

La structure pourrait être rafraîchie, les portes ne ferment pas toutes, le robinet du lavabo n’était pas scellé et la chambre familiale était très petite et n’avait qu’une petite fenêtre. En outre, j’avais réservé une chambre avec balcon privé qui aurait donc eu une porte fenêtre et on m’a donné une autre chambre en me disant que c’était un surclassement car elle avait une immense terrasse mais c’était une terrasse commune et les gens y passaient des heures en faisant du bruit devant ma porte.

Cons:

Ночь без сна. Очень шумно. Музыка до часу ночи и шум в ресторане до трех утра. Это при закрытых окнах.
Парковка платная - 15 евро за ночь

Super friendly and super helpful staff, all of them
Pros:

The staff are soooooo good! We had a lovely induction and the support has been excellent, proactive and incredibly friendly. Everyone is so helpful and always happy to assist. Jannah was particularly super helpful. Super-central location.

The staff were polite and helpful. The manager was extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable - she was patient and helpful and seemed to have everything under control. Such a refreshing attitude given what I'd experienced prior to this point.

Öröm volt vendégnek lenni hotelben és az étteremben
Pros:

A nagyon magas színvonalú vendéglátásról írt vélemények az esetünkben is igaznak bizonyultak. Mostar belvárosának legjobb helyén van a szálloda, melynek minden részlete (szobák, közlekedők, étterem) pazar. A személyzet minden velünk kapcsolatba kerülő tagja érdeklődő, de nem tolakodó volt. Minden hoteltulajdonos tanulhatna a Kriva Cuprija gazdájától, mert neki kiválóan sikerül fenntartania alkalmazottainak az áldozatos és szorgalmas munka iránti motivációt. Nem tudom azt, hogy ezt miként teszi, de az biztos, hogy sikerrel jár.
Mindenkinek ajánlom a szálláshelyet.

Exemplary staff beautiful hotel
Pros:

The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond by sending staff with coins to help us pay for street parking also offered a private lot. They hauled our luggage up the 4 flights and down the next day. They gave advice regarding food options not just pushing their own restaurant. The buffet breakfast included in the price was amazing. The room was spacious and furnished well. The location was perfect right in old town next to the crooked bridge. Highly recommend if you only have short time in Mostar everything at your fingertips.

Cons:

Water pressure if you have thick hair do not plan on washing it. The AC could have been a tad cooler but it was July and 34 degrees so not entirely their fault. Also could invest in better towels but as stated their incredibly staff makes up for all!

Однозначно стоит остановиться , не пожалеете.
Pros:

Хорошенький отельчик в старом городе, в старом здании. Необычные ощущения чего то особенного. Чисто, очень приятный и отзывчивый персонал, отличный завтрак, приятно посидеть в ресторанчике у протекающей мимо речки, посмотреть на старый мост. Совсем близко к центральным улицам старого города, буквально пару минут. Однозначно рекомендую остановиться здесь и получить самые приятные эмоции и впечатления. Лифта нет, но нам помогли донести от машины и отнести в машину наши чемоданы. Наш номер был с выходом на приятную террасу с удобными диванчиками. Рядом есть платная парковка для машины, в 100 метрах примерно.

Highly recommended by us. Perfect location in the old town of Mostar. Excellent service. Good breakfast. Nice room with airconditioning. Always smiling personell. Possibility to pay both in local currency BAM and Euro. ATM nearby. Hotel offering to exchange our remaining BAM into Euro when we left.
