Pros:

Excellent location helpful staff

Cons:

Parking is a nightmare. The property does not accept cards but they don’t tell you at booking. In fact booking.com asks for your card details. Bathroom can be better. Standing shower is weird and there is no way to avoid getting water on the floor. Bed is so narrow

Gerne wieder! Sogar mit Baby!
Pros:

Das Personal ist erste Klasse! Wir sind mit einem müden und hungrigen Baby (3 Monate) angereist und das Personal hat den Check-In sehr schnell erledigt, das Babybett im Zimmer vorbereitet und „Enschlafmusik für Babys“ auf YouTube angemacht! Die waren alle sehr herzlich und nett! Sehr familienfreundlich!

Pros:

Excellent location in the heart of the old town. The hotel itself was lovely with lots of character and charm and very good value.
The room was clean and presented well, the bed was comfortable.
Breakfast was good we also had an evening meal here which was delicious and again very good value.
The staff here was excellent, very friendly and professional, we've been lucky to stay in hundreds of hotels around the world and all the staff here set a standard that many other hotels could learn a thing or two from.
5 star service!

Pros:

Es un hotel con muchísimo encanto en medio de la cuidad vieja. Está compuesto por una construcción antigua y otras unidas con escaleras. Las habitaciones por dentro bien acondicionados, cada una distinta. El personal muy atento y amable. La ubicación buenísima y el restaurante muy bueno para una cena típica. De los mejores.

Cons:

Por lo mismo que tiene mucho encanto, tiene unas dificultades que es importante saber: se accede por callejuelas y por dentro son niveles desiguales y escaleras. Muy bonito, pero conviene tenerlo en cuenta. Hay que dejar el coche en un aparcamiento fuera, muy cerca, y el personal del hotel se encarga de llevar y traer las maletas a la habitación. Importante saber que el parking sólo se puede pagar en moneda local y en efectivo.
En el hotel también nos hicieron pagar en efectivo, aunque sí admiten euros.

The location was amazing. The property was magical with such unique and beautiful features. The view from our room and their restaurant was magical. Food was delicious and all the staff was exceptional with excellent customer service skills.

Great hotel, with amazing staff!
Pros:

The staff was great, we had a very warm welcome and they were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Cons:

The only things I can think of are that the wifi was not great, and that the wine was not kept in a wine fridge, as both the white and red wine we ordered were a bit too warm when first served.
