A place to revive your mental health
Pros:

Came to this hotel with zero expectations and thinking this was just going to be another over priced hotel.. and left with thinking if I were to get married in future, it would definitely be at this exact hotel. The balcony views from the restaurant are so scenic especially at breakfast. Loved the exceptional services that all staff members provide, a special shout out to Jannat who is so kind and accommodating towards the guests. Her energy is contagious! Can’t wait to come back already.

Feeling at home in Mostar
Pros:

This is really an exceptional place to stay in Mostar. It was actually part of what we will always remember about our visit there. Our superior double room was great - large, clean, nice bathroom, comfortable bed and pillows, and a balcony with a beautiful view and the sound of the river below. Breakfast offering was broad and tasted great. What really made our stay there so nice though was the service. Every staff member was great at what they did, but more than that they were all so friendly and eager to make sure we had a great stay. We especially enjoyed our interactions with Jenet, Adin and Semir! It’s clear they all love their jobs and making people happy. Kudos as well to the head manager, who we learned works hard to keep the staff loyal and happy, supporting their education, paying them well, and taking them on a team building trip together in the off season. We have stayed at a lot of hotels over the years, but this one stands out as a special place because of how the people that work there made us feel at home.

Maybe for tempting us too much with all the sweet offerings at breakfast😏.

Wunderschöne Lage, kompetentes, freundliches und wirklich sehr motiviertes Personal - sehr sprachbegabt. Sie nehmen sich Zeit beim einchecken wie auch beim Bestellen im Restaurant. Die Lage war perfekt, 1 Minute zu Fuss von der alten Brücke entfernt und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
