Fantastic stay and incredible staff. Couldn’t recommend more.
Pros:

We had the most delightful stay and couldn’t recommend staying here more. It was comfortable, the location was amazing and the breakfast was delicious. Above all the staff could not have been more helpful or friendly. They went out of their way to book reservations and taxis when required. Absolutely fantastic service. Will come again!

Great location, friendly staff, clean and modern rooms with extra beds perfect for our family.
Pros:

Steps from the old bridge and rooms were great for our families. Breakfast was a beautiful spread and the staff was so friendly and kind. Very helpful. I also appreciated that the coffee was strong.

Cons:

There is some confusion with paying by card vs. paying in cash. It is good to work it out ahead of stay so that if you need to pay by card you can ensure it’s ok.

Exceptional service & Bosnian welcome in the old town
Pros:

The exceptional staff is what sets this boutique hotel apart from the rest. From the moment you check in through to the moment you leave - nothing is too much. I had an issue with my shower and they fixed it immediately and compensated my drink at dinner. I was there the night Bosnia was playing Switzerland so the kitchen had a set menu. The food was very good although I forgot how bone filled trout can be! Setting that aside the fish prep and accompanying baked potato and grilled veggies were delicious. Once meal service was done the guests joined the staff in the terrace watching the game; with staff jumping up to greet new guests. The breakfast was excellent too. There are three different entrances to the hotel including from the bazaar (on the left beyond cafe divan). A lovely experience and the cookies they gave me upon departure were a welcomed and unexpected treat.

Cons:

The shower can flood the bathroom but I think it’s just the design in this region.

Pros:

Everything! The staff were all so friendly and hospitable. Truly the nicest staff of any hotel that we’ve ever stayed at. Parking was around the corner from the hotel but they helped with our luggage to and from the car. The location of the hotel is great. Just a short walk to the old bridge. The room was spacious for our family of 4, and everyone enjoyed the breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Pros:

Very central location to the bridge, bazaar, and restaurants. The room is spacious and has a very comfortable bed. The staff is extremely tentative and helpful. Breakfast was yummy!

Cons:

I am extremely sensitive to fragrances and smells, so whatever cleaning products they use to clean the rooms did bother me a bit.

The breakfast was beautifully presented and offered a great variety of options. Every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. You could tell they take pride in their work and truly care about their guests’ experience.

The room was spotless, comfortable, and conveniently located. Communication was excellent from the moment we booked, and everything was handled smoothly, making our stay completely hassle-free.
