Disappointed
Pros:

Comfy bed, good hot water, great location, easy parking.

Cons:

Really not clean. So disappointed as I scored this place a 10 last time I visited 5 years ago. Balcony was filthy, hair in the shower, no attention to detail in cleaning at all.
Fridge needed replacing. Very loud. Wore earplugs more because of fridge than traffic!

Additional deposit
Cons:

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. After paying for my stay, I was asked to pay an additional $100 security deposit in case of any damage, which I paid without any issues.

However, I am still waiting for my deposit to be refunded, and despite my attempts to follow up, no one has been able to assist me or provide any clear information regarding the transaction.

The lack of communication and customer service is extremely frustrating. For the amount of money I spent, I expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, because of this issue, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this place to others.

I hope management addresses these concerns and improves the way deposits and customer enquiries are handled in the future.

Spacious apartment, large window with balcony. Master bedroom with bathroom

Cons:

Bathroom door is on an awkward position, it bumps the bedroom door. Reception staff looks bored and unfriendly

Ergh, stay somewhere else
Pros:

Not alot; if you're looking for a sterile executive apartment experience with more build defects than you could have dreamt possible then this is the place for you.
Really enjoyed having to clean the washing machine before it was usable too - that was an unbridled joy I'm looking forward to repeating soon!

Cons:

The incredible lack of care from the front desk staff who effectively locked us out of the building when we were getting our bags out to the car - then actually checked the time (it was 9.45am!!) before restoring access.
Absolutely disgraceful behaviour.
