Probabil cei de la receptie nu sunt cei mai buni angajati.
Experienta mea la acest Hotel a fost una neplacuta din pacate. Am facut rezervare am platit prin transfer online iar gazda a solicitat sa platim din nou la locatie, acestia nu au eliberat chitanta la plata facuta in bar la locatie.
Aveti grija eu acum am ramas paguba pentru ca eu am dovedit ca transferul online este facut dar totusi nu ni s-a oferit chitanta la ce am platit bar deci tot noi suntem de vina ca nu pot dovedi aceasta.
Am vorbit la telefon cu 2 angajati, unul dintre ei au spus ca le pare rau ca au facut o greseala ca nu au vazut in sistem ca plata a fost achitata prin transfer online si ca imi vor transfera banii inapoi iar cel de al-2 lea angajat a spus ca ei nu au nicio vina ca in sistemul lor tot nu le apare ca plata a fost facuta si ca au incasat corect banii in bar.
Comic este faptul ca din contul meu banii au fost transferati.
Probabil te ia dupa fata si daca vad ca esti din alta tara si nu stii sa vorbesti te ard.

Zimmer groß genug, sauber. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück von der Auswahl her gut

Cons:

Frühstücksraum (zumindest am WE) viel zu klein. Langes Schlangestehen um überhaupt einen Platz zu bekommen. Auch beim Kaffee (nur eine Maschine!!!!!) musste man lange anstehen. Die Schlange am Frühstücksbuffet war stellenweise genauso lang, das liegt sicherlich auch an der platzsparenden Lösung das Buffet auf drei Etagen übereinander bereit zu stellen. Also hatte man ständig jemanden vor sich knien der sich Teller holen wollte, oder das Personal das auffüllte, oder jemanden der über einem hing um sich ein Brötchen zu angeln. Keine gute Lösung.......Platz sparen wollen hin oder her.

Sehr sauberes Hotel, Personal war nett, beim Frühstück wurde immer sofort nachgefüllt sobald etwas leer war.

Cons:

Parkplatz: Es gibt Parkplätze direkt am Hotel. Kosten 10€ pro Tag. Wir hatten im vorraus reserviert. Der Parkplatz ist aber nicht fest. Man kann einfach irgendwo auf einem freien Parkplatz parken. Wir hatten dieses hotel für einen Konzert besuch gebucht. So auch viele andere. Samstag abend nach dem konzert gab es nicht annähernd so viele Parkplätze am hotel wie bezahlt wurde. Ist ärgerlich, denn wenn ich für einen Parkplatz extra zahle dann möchte ich diesen auch haben und nicht an der straße parken.

Saubere Zimmer mit Klima, gutes Frühstücksbüffe. Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Erst beim weiterschauen was sie bieten erfahrt man dass der Parkplatz reserviert werden muss. Hatte so natürlich keine.
15:20 war mein Zimmer noch nicht vertig. Beim früh einchecken dies mitteilen. Vielleicht wird das Zimmer dann Priorisiert und ist somit um 15 Uhr bereit.
