Pros:

Durften auf Nachfrage in anderes Zimmer umziehen. Jedoch sollen wir uns beeilen weil der Mitarbeiter gleich Feierabend hat.

Cons:

Toilette war Urin vom Vorgänger drin. Also wurde das Bad nicht geputzt. Hätte mir mehr Engagement vom Mitarbeiter gewünscht bei der Reklamation. Er wollte Feierabend machen. Wir wären auch gerne ins Bett gegangen. 22:00 Uhr

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Gutes Frühstück, freundliches Servicepersonal.

Parkplatzsituation im Umfeld sehr schwierig. Gut, dass es eine Tiefgarage gibt.

Cons:

Ausschilderung des Hotels könnte besser sein.
Keine Hausnummer von aussen am Gebäude. Erstmal vorbei gefahren. Hausnummer im Navi nicht anwählbar.
Parkplatzsituatin im Umfeld sehr schwierig.

Für einen Städtetripp ausreichend.
Pros:

Lage und die Infrastruktur vor Ort war sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Einzelzimmer war vom Bett doch sehr schmal für mich. Für andere mag das passen. Die angekündigten Zusatzleistungen wie Pay TV / Streaming standen nicht zur Verfügung.

Habe 3-Bettzimmer mit Frühstück gebucht. Wegen Buchungsfehler musste Frühstück extra bezahlt werden.
