The staff was very helpful.

Cons:

The first room we received was dirty and I asked for a new room. I also had to pay more on arrival then what booking.com quoted me on the booking confirmation which I am very unhappy with.

Pros:

I have been overcharged for the stay the price the stay was booked at through booking.com has gone up from R3860 with taxes and charges to R4462.24 breakfast was not included and i want a refund this is false advertising and i expect to pay what i book at

The staff members are very neat and welcoming,always available and immediately available when you need help. The place is soo neat with beautiful set up from the reception dining area and the rooms. The food was good
