Schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen. Die Riesenbaustelle vor dem Gebäude ist leider nicht so toll, aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts. Trotzdem kurzer Gehweg zum Berliner Tor.

Cons:

The floor is smelly the bed is in very bad condition the need to care about it .they have to change the mattress and the pillow is like you sleep with out pillow I really was disappointed

Pros:

Die Lage war OK, der Weg zur U-bahn nur wenige 100m.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hat direkt zur Bahnlinie ( Kurve) gelegen.
Zusätzlich befindet sich eine große Baustelle direkt vor dem Fenster. In so einer Zeit sollte solch ein Zimmer nicht vergeben werden. Das Personal hat einen Umzug in ein ruhiger gelegenen Bereich verneint.
Die Dame am Empfang hätte ruhig mal freundlich lächeln können, so hatten wir nicht den Eindruck einer Wertschätzung.

Pros:

Хорошее расположение отеля, недалеко от Hbf , также быстрое заселение. На первом этаже можно купить кофе , воду , пиво. В номере есть кондиционер.

Cons:

Не хватает холодильника и чайника в номере, нет бутылки воды.
Завтрак очень скромный , особого смысла покупать нет.

Good for the price
Pros:

I didn't pay much for it, and it's a solid place. Internet worked well. Breakfast is fine for the price even though no scrambled eggs are available. Window has good noise isolation (which is needed, see below). After having found out how to get to the place once (which currently isn't so easy because of street renewal work), it's 7 minutes to the useful public transport hub Berliner Tor, quite close to the center. All issues below are minor.

Cons:

Unpleasant neighbourhood with big streets and lots of traffic; the street renewal work (?) around turns the area into a labyrinth and doesn't exactly help matters. This may end or improve soon. A chair with back for working would be welcome.
