"Early Check Policy and Fees:
-10AM: Charged 20% of the Daily rate (Based upon availability)
-11AM-12PM: Charged 15% of the Daily rate (Based upon availability)

Late Checkout Policy and Fees:
-1PM-2PM: $50
-After 2PM: Charged 50% of Daily rate

Was not a happy stay when the housemaids do not understand English or speak English
Pros:

When you leave your room and do not come back till 4pm and find out they still have not made up your room or cleaned the room what do you think !

Cons:

I stayed from Aug31 - Aug5 and because I miss calculated the time difference between Australia and America by 12 hrs and had to book one extra stay the hotel was not lenient and charged me $800 for the night.

Rooms were great, free breakfast was a bonus staff was friendly.
Pros:

the staff were incredibly nice and the room was cleaned everyday

Cons:

There was no lounging space to do work once we got back. We ended up finding a hotel with a nice rooftop bar around the corner

Bardzo udany pobyt, godny polecenia
Pros:

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra - blisko metra, sklepów spożywczych i restauracji z dobrymi cenami. Śniadanie było smaczne, duży wybór, na bieżąco uzupełniane potrawy, zawsze było miejsce na stołówce, lecz w godzinach szczytowych był tłok. Mieliśmy pokój na 40 piętrze ze wspaniałym widokiem na Empire State Building - idealny punkt widokowy. Możliwość otwarcia okna w minimalnym stopniu. Łóżka wygodne. Pokój codziennie sprzątany, ręczniki w bardzo dobrym stanie, uzupełniano kosmetyki i mydło. Internet szybki i działał na obszarze całego hotelu. Możliwość zamówienia taxi na lotnisko bezpośrednio w hotelu w przystępnej cenie.

Cons:

Zdarzało się, że na windy trzeba czekać czasem nawet 15 minut. Klimatyzacja dosyć głośna, lecz wydajna. Byliśmy w 4-osoobowym pokoju w trójkę i nie było szans na umieszczenie żadnych ubrań w szafie.

It is near the Empire State Building

Cons:

The room was very small especially for the price, the staff were robotic and uninvolved, and the room bathroom shower curtain fell short which allowed for a lot of water on the floor which could have lead to a slip hazard.
