"Early Check Policy and Fees:

Late Checkout Policy and Fees:

This hotel is rated a four star. We are seasoned travellers. Our rating would be a two star. Overrated and overpriced.
Pros:

The breakfast area was well set out and comfortable. Pleasant early, overcrowded after 8.00am.

Cons:

Staff were not very helpful or empathetic to our concerns or requirements. The rooms were very small and quite congested. Breakfast options ran out early and were not replaced. The lift situation is dire. Basically, if we didn’t leave early it was difficult to get out. We waited over 20 minutes on the 16th floor and ended up having to walk down the stairs Checking out was far worse. We waited 30 minutes and had to travel up to the 44th floor to get to the lobby stopping at every floor on the way down.

Pros:

Très bel hôtel, extrêmement bien situé à proximité de toutes commodités. Hôtel et chambre moderne et confortable. Petit déjeuner très bien

Cons:

Chambre très petite. Nul part où poser/ranger ses valises. Ça demande une gymnastique pénible chaque matin et chaque soir pour ranger et sortir le nécessaire. Ce n'est pas insurmontable non plus, mais pas plaisant. Il ne faut donc pas prévoir de passer du temps dans la chambre autrement que dans le lit

Cons:

Petit déjeuner "moyen" avec choix limité pour ce standing d'hôtel.
Gros point négatif quant à la taille de la chambre et de la SDB : pas en regard du prix de la location !
Personnel assez peu accueillant voire indifférent.
Fausse alerte incendie en pleine nuit qui nous a fait quitter en précipitation la chamber à minuit !!!!!!

L’emplacement et la vue

Cons:

Lorsque la femme de ménage s’est permise de regarder dans mes affaires pour jeter un sac qu’elle a jugé « vide car il y’avait seulement un ticket de caisse » et que lorsque l’on m’a rendu mon sac il y avait des sous vêtements dedans plutôt bien voyants et que je n’ai eu aucune véritable excuse ou geste de la part de l’hôtel

Go somewhere else, close by there are better hotels with staff that really cares about the guests.
Pros:

Only the location.

Cons:

The staff is so unhelpful, so unwiling, so unflexible that I simply won't ever come back to this hotel. The room is beyond small, the AC and TV didn't work propertly and had to be fixed on our last day.
