"Early Check Policy and Fees:

Late Checkout Policy and Fees:
-1PM-2PM: $50
-After 2PM: Charged 50% of Daily rate

Packages Delivery:

-Any packages received earlier than 7 days will incur a $5 fee per additional package.

Chelsea è una posizione perfetta per visitare l'hudson yard, per l'empire il Flatiron e molte altre belle zone di NY. A pochi passi di parecchie linee della metro, su tutte la 1 . Nelle vicinanze molti negozi come cvs, wholefoods, caffè e ristoranti. Se scegliete la camera con vista, avrete una visione della skyline molto bella, soprattutto la sera. La nostro verso sud con la freedom tower.
Hotel pulito, personale attento, camere rifatte ogni giorno. Colazione a cui non manca nulla, ma la solita che danno le catene come già inclusa nel prezzo. Più di 40 piani di palazzo, ma 4 ascensori aiutano a non restare bloccati al piano per troppo tempo. Servizio in camera utilizzato all'arrivo. Veloce ma non certo un mebu da ristorante. Dimensione della camera tipica di ny, king bed con sofa bed, piuttosto impegnativo l'utilizzo in 3. In ogni caso, ottima scelta per noi.
Purtroppo la colazione va fatta entro le 7.30, altrimenti ambiente affollato e si trova posto difficilmente. A mio avviso unico neo dell'albergo.
La vista spettacolare sullo Skyline.
Camera troppo piccola per 4 persone, non c'è lo spazio per le valigie, presente solo un piccolo armadietto per appendere 4 capi.

Ottima posizione a metà tra mid Town e down Town...per noi che organizziamo sempre viaggi senZa usare mezzi pubblici è importante che l'hotel abbia una posizione tattica. Pulito, ottima colazione da non dare per scontata a new York perché pochi hotel la danno inclusa e una super vista dalla camera 8305 con vista empire state Building e città meravigliosa. Ci ritornerei? Si lo consiglio? Si
Camera un po troppo piccola con due valige grandi per 4 persone , due letti alla francese maancanza di spazio per tenere anche solo una valigia aperta. È stato l'unica pecca dell'hotel, assenza di armadio e non poter avere la valigia sempre aperta.

The room had an excellent skyline view overlooking the Empire State Building.
The reception, breakfast, and room service staff were very attentive.
The hotel is very large and can get overcrowded, which makes the service a bit slow.
The breakfast was just okay.
As the building is very tall, the elevators can take a long time, especially during peak hours. We were staying on one of the highest floors, and it sometimes took us around 15–20 minutes just to wait for an elevator.
La ubicación es excelente, a una cuadra de una estación que conecta con casi todas las líneas de subte. El desayuno super completo; las vistas desde la habitación fueron excelentes. Gracias a David en recepción que logró conseguirnos un piso más alto al que nos habían asignado originalmente.
