"Early Check Policy and Fees:

Late Checkout Policy and Fees:
-1PM-2PM: $50
-After 2PM: Charged 50% of Daily rate

Packages Delivery:
-Packages can be delivered to the hotel on behalf of guests up to 7 days before the arrival date.
-Any packages received earlier than 7 days will incur a $5 fee per additional package.

Lange Wartezeiten an den Fahrstühlen, etwas chaotische Verhältnisse beim Frühstück (einfach früh frühstücken ist angenehmer), Zimmer mit King bed sind etwas kleiner als mit 2 Queen beds.

Location, Cleanliness and value for money. Buffet breakfast was solid. The view from our 33rd floor room was AMAZING!
Price of water in the mini market beside reception and it wasn't even cold water. Elevators can be slow to get up or down to your floor at times however that is communicated well within the hotel so it didn't come as a surprise.

Aamupala melko runsas ja yllättävän monipuolinen: mm kaurapuuroa ja pakastemarjoja tarjolla.
Ainakin neljän hengen perhehuone on todella kompakti, eikä esim kaappitilaa ole lainkaan eli vaatteet säilytettävä laukuissa sängyn vieressä/välissä. Mutta ahtauden kanssa pärjää, kun siellä käydään vain nukkumassa ja peseytymässä. Hotellissa viihtyisän oloinen baari ja terassi joka toiminee tarvittaessa olohuoneena.

Lifts were very busy around breakfast time.
Very nice, clean and quiet place to stay with an excellent breakfast buffet to start your day.
Keep in mind if it's busy, you will have trouble catching an elevator from your floor down to the lobby. We had to take the stairs two mornings in a row.

Huone todella ahdas, huoneen siivous aivan liian myöhään illalla, hissejä liian vähän ihmismäärään nähden ja hissien kantokyky heikko. Siivoojat varasivat hissejä itselle pitkiksi ajoinsi aamiaisaikaan, vaikka huoneita ei silloin siivottu. Aamiaisella aivan liian kovalla ilmastointi ja siellä joutui palelemaan.
