"Early Check Policy and Fees:

The mattress

Cons:

The elevators were not enough to serve the guests and people waited more than 20 minutes for an elevator. We were on the 12th floor out of 45 and decided to take the stairs.

The room was tiny! No space to open a large piece of luggage, only a hook to hang clothes. The bathroom entrance was literally at the foot of the bed.

Pros:

Pedimos una habitación con vistas y la verdad que fueron brutales. Teníamos vistas directamente al Empire State.

Cons:

El ascensor. A las horas punta de desayuno baja mucha gente y no se paran los ascensores. Tuvimos que bajar a pie 2 dias desde la planta 24.

Me encantó todo! La ubicación y las habitaciones. Aunque el tamaño era pequeño, estaba fenomenal y los baños también. Teníamos dos habitaciones para 5 personas.

Great hotel with an excellent location and outstanding breakfast
Pros:

Very nice hotel in an excellent location, within walking distance or short subway ride of many of New York City's main attractions. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and my room had a fantastic view of the Empire State Building. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The only downside is that, for a hotel with more than 40 floors, there aren't enough elevators. As a result, wait times can be quite long during peak hours, so getting between floors may require some patience.
