Dobra lokalizacja w spokojniej dzielnicy, z szybkim dostępem do S-Bahn, która w 10-15 minut zawozi do centrum miasta.

Cons:

Na śniadaniu mogłoby być więcej jedzenia na ciepło, a nie tylko zimne typu chleb, rzeczy do kanapek (ser, szynka itp.), ponieważ jedynymi ciepłymi rzeczami były kawa i herbata.

B&B bij (Köln) airport(s)... nooit meer!!
Pros:

Niets, want we hebben niet eens in het hotel kunnen slapen. Stonden we daar om 22.15 uur 's avonds voor het hotel. Een gezin met 3 jonge kinderen. Tot.onze verbazing was de receptie weg en geen enkel personeel die je kon helpen. Bleek dus dat van alle B&B vestigingen, die van de airport als enige geen 24-uurs personeel hebben in het hotel. 22.00 uur is iedereen vertrokken. Ok eerlijk, dit stond dan wel vermeld in de boekingsbevestiging ergens onderaan, maar dan moet je dit ook maar net hebben gelezen.

Hoe moet je dan inchecken zul je vast afvragen. Nou binnen bij de entree heb je een self check-in terminal. Hier kun je als het goed is inchecken met je naam en reserveringsnr. Nu bleek daarbovenop dus dat het reserveringsnr. niet overeen kwam met het boekingsnr. zoals die bij je boekingsbevestiging vanuit booking,com vermeld staat. (Na informeren bij booking.com had dit dus wel het geval moeten zijn.) Voor noodgevallen hing er verder een bord dat je een telefoonnr kon bellen. Dit bleek het nr. van een andere B&B vestiging te zijn, namelijk die van B&B Köln City. Echter konden zij ons niet helpen, omdat de systemen van de B&B vestigingen niet gekoppeld zijn met elkaar en ieders gegevens dus niet kunnen inzien. Vanwaar dan de vermelding van hun telnr. als noodnr.?!? ... totaal zinloos.

Daar stonden we dan met onze kinderen die helemaal bekaf waren. Een uur lang heb ik geprobeerd van alles te regelen, uiteindelijk moesten we accepteren dat dit hotel het niet meer zou worden.
Vervolgens de beslissing gemaakt om maar richting het hotel B&B Köln City te gaan en daar maar kamers af te huren, waarvan ik gelukkig reeds had geinformeerd op het moment dat ik hun telefonisch aan de lijn had dat zij genoeg kamers vrij hadden en op een half uur afstand gelegen zaten.

Hoe zit dat dan met de betaling van de kamers die je reeds had geboekt? Nou gelukkig had ik niet vooruitbetaald en had ik geboekt met de optie om pas ter plekke te betalen.

Ausência de cuidado na limpeza do quarto.

Café da manhã com boa diversidade de itens (pagamento à parte).

Cons:

Localização difícil acesso, pois orientação para transporte público (trem) direcionava para uma linha há mais de 1,2km e outra mais próxima (500m) não era a primeira opção partindo da estação principal de trem.
Não há nada por perto para viajantes que chegam famintos após 21h; não há opção de refeições no hotel (apenas alguns pífios snacks).
Quarto merecia uma limpeza mais adequada, pois cantos sujos e uma "cuspida" na cortina bem à mostra.
Box do banho extremamente pequeno.
Check-in eletrônico não tão intuitivo, principalmente por não ter versão em Português ou Espanhol.

Disappointed but it was acceptable

Location of property was okay, close to a station so handy to access the surrounding attractions

Cons:

Where the shower pressure was okay, the temperature was never fully set, it fluctuates from freezing cold to scolding hot. Never stayed in the temperature required, not even close. The room was only cleaned over once, and that was the day before we left, and we stayed in the hotel for 4 nights
