Lage zu Mercedes Museum

Cons:

Parkplatz inbegriffen, aber dann kein Platz frei, man soll weit entfernt parken oder schauen wo man parkt. Wenn man eine Behinderung hat und deswegen das Hotel aussucht ist das gar nicht gut.

Cons:

The receptionist was extremely rude and shouted at me when I asked to change my room from a double to a twin. I understand that I should have added the second guest to my reservation, but the situation could have been handled politely and professionally. Instead, I felt blamed and disrespected, making my stay very unpleasant. Very disappointing customer service.
