Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Eine Bushaltestelle liegt nur wennige Meter entfernt.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist langweilig wenn man mehrere Tage bleibt. Es gibt immer dasselbe. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein.

Cons:

Leider ein sehr enttäuschender Abschluss unseres Aufenthalts. Weil wir ein Ausfahrtticket für einen Tag verloren hatten, mussten wir das Parking für den gesamten Aufenthalt nochmals bezahlen. Die Dame an der Rezeption war dabei ausgesprochen unfreundlich und wenig lösungsorientiert. Keine Frage, wie unser Aufenthalt war, kein freundliches Wort und nicht einmal eine gute Heimfahrt gewünscht. So stellen wir uns Gastfreundschaft definitiv nicht vor.

Trotz allem komme ich relativ schnell wieder, da die Hotels im Umfeld nicht besser sind.
Pros:

Das Zimmer ist von der Größe in Ordnung.
Das Bett war sehr komfortabel.
Toll mit der Klimaanlage, sollte aber mal gewartet werden. Die Geräusche hören sich nicht gut an.
Das ist nur eine Frage der Zeit bis sie defekt ist.

Cons:

Fußnagel auf dem Teppichboden gefunden!!! Sonst war es sauber.
Die Situation mit dem Parkplatz ist sehr schlecht. Man muss zuerst einchecken um den Zugangs Code zu erhalten. Parkplätze sind rund um das Hotel eigentlich nicht vorhanden.
Das Personal war mit meinem Wunsch am ersten Morgen zu frühstücken mit der zusätzlichen Bezahlung überfordert.
Ich habe es viermal versucht zu bezahlen, es war nicht möglich oder die Technik spielte nicht mit.
Am Abreisetag um 04:00 Uhr morgens war leider keiner am Empfang.
Falls das Hotel auf die Bezahlung Wert legt, bitte bei mir melden.
Ich möchte keinem etwas schuldig bleiben.

Tolle Lage, angenehmer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Freundlicher Empfang, schneller und unkomplizierter Check-in, gute Lage (schnelle Busverbindung direkt vor der Tür zum Hafen und Bhf etc), Klimaanlage, Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe, Uferpromenade in direkter Nähe, Busfahrkarte in die Stadt für den Zeitraum des Aufenthalts

Cons:

Reinigungszeiten auf meiner Etage erst nachmittags was ein wenig nervig war, weil man zu der Zeit von seinen Unternehmungen zurück war.
Natürlich machen die Angestellten nur ihren Job wofür man sehr dankbar ist, vllt könnte man die Zeit ansonsten vorher absprechen damit es zeitlich passt ☺️

Estadia muito boa.
Pros:

A acomodação era de bom tamanho para três pessoas, tudo limpo e bem arrumado, quarto arejado e com luz natural. café da manhã bom.
Fica um pouco retirado, mas o hotel nos forneceu gratuitamente ticket de para transporte coletivo válido por 24 horas e isso nos ajudou muito.

Auf jeden Fall gerne wieder - möglicherweise dann ohne Frühstück :-)
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet - Wandfarben super ausgewählt und ebenso das große Foto von der Imperia am Hafen in Konstanz.
Ein sehr freundlicher Empfangschef.

Cons:

Akustik im Frühstücksraum ist leider sehr schlecht.
Das ist verbesserungswürdig.

Die Lage in einem Industriegebiet ist weniger optimal, aber dafür ist der Seerhein nicht weit entfernt.
