After 12 hour travel day showers were needed night and morning, didn’t happen. Not happy about that.
Pros:

Quiet, so very refreshingly clean!!

Cons:

Absolutely NO hot water, couldn’t shower or wash up in sink as the water was sooooo cold.

No value for this Hilton. Water temperature should be 100F to 105F, with adequate pressure.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Very modern yet noticeable small.

Cons:

Shower. Low water pressure. Low water temperature. To be clear, we took our showers late in the evening in medium temperature water, far too low water pressure. 10pm is not a good time to change rooms so we did not call the front desk. I mentioned this to the front desk associate in the AM, who just came on duty, and besides, we were checking out.

Pros:

Breakfast was ok. In general we like this hotel, have stayed here before.

Cons:

There were 5 industrial sized fans running all night next to our room, 416. The staff said they’d be turned off at night. That never happened. Extremely loud all night. I won’t be back.

ITru Hotel // by Hilton is pleasant. I love the grounds of the hotel, BUT, i DO SEE some changes in the rooms, and lobby that made go "hum"
#1. No closet to hang your clothes-
#2.The garbage cans "IN THE ROOM' are small, soo many times the garbage was running over
##3. The garbage 'cans' did not have plastic bags so the -GARBAGE CAN WILL GET DIRTY QUICK
#5. nO RUGS ON FLOOR -- nice change Tru -- lessens any type of issues due to an unclearn carpet!
#6. -- MOST OF ALLL -->> this was aggigtating JUST A QUESTION? WHY WAS THE MICRO-WAVE IN THE LOBBY WHERE THE DELICIONS BREAKFASTS WERE BEING SERVED AT "KNEE LEVEL" -- INSTEAD OF CHEST LEVEL?? -- can you imagin us over 50 bending down a). trying to read the numbers on the microwave and putting the food in the microwave-- we might not get back up?? Hell0 -- I do hoe this is something to be re-considered and or re-position higher to eliminate the bending over -- whew!!!! IYUes I could of requested a icro-wave in my room, but i was eating breakfast in the lobby area with others and it be came quite a challenge to warm my food.

The staff was very accommodating, and the facility was clean and neat.
Pros:

We thought the breakfast was very good. Thought the place was nice, but we would have preferred to stay in a less modern Hilton facility like the Hampton Inn or the Hilton Garden Inn or a Homewood Suites.

Cons:

We didn't like that the Television in the 1st room they put us in did not work. Therefore, we had to move to another room which only had one King Bed in it and wasn't the original room we paid for. It was 11 o'clock at night and we were not crazy about having to do that so late since we arrived late due to the distance we had to travel to get there.

the hall was a little dirty. I maybe have been on a floor with kids. however, I did not hear and kids nor did I have any interaction with kids.

Worth every dollar.
Pros:

I love that it's fairly new and updated. Such a welcoming establishment with friendly faces. Environment felt safe inside and out.

Cons:

The hot water was not too hot at all and the shower door did not close completely. Oh the mattress are thin, but slept well.
