very enjoyable and comfortable stay in the centre of London
Pros:

I was enjoying the design of the interior, and localisation which was very convienent to travel. Also the breakfasts and dinners were very good quality and there was a variety of dishes.

Cons:

We had an hour delay at claiming our room at the beginning and the staff at the bar wasn't informed about our pre-ordered dinners beforehand but it wasn't a big problem.

Für einen Städtetrip ist das Hotel sehr zu empfehlen
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und hat jeden Komfort, den man für einen Städtetrip braucht.
Ein extra ist die Flasche Wasser, die man sich jederzeit umsonst auffüllen kann.

Amazing stay, would definitely recommend!
Pros:

Such a comfortable stay, amazing bed! We got upgraded on arrival with some free gifts. The unlimited filtered water and ice was a great touch!

Cons:

Could hear the music from the rooftop bar in our room quite late.

It was very poor!

Lärm der U- Bahn laufend bis zur generellen Sperre, nicht nur Lärm auch Vibrationen waren sehr intensiv spürbar.

Personal schlecht, jung bemüht, aber viele auch unfreundlich. Jeden Morgen erklären, ob Frühstück dabei, zurück geschickt zur Rezeption damit es wieder bestätigt wird.
Tische immer unsauber, dreckig, Sitzgelegenheiten alle verschmutzt, trotz neuem Besteck noch immer der Schmutz der letzen Gäste, musste jedesmal den Tisch abwischen lassen.
Nach der ersten Nacht war ein Zimmer komplett gesperrt… neue Karten bzw. freigabe eine Stunde dauer…
Für diesen Preis leider gar nicht gerechtfertigt!

Pros:

Tolle zentrale Lage,nahe der Metrostation Aldgate. Unser Highlight war die Rooftop Bar mit fantastischem Blick auf die Skyline. Zimmerausstattung war top,für unseren Geschmack waren die Matratzen zu weich. Frühstück war ausreichend.

Cons:

Im Zimmer lassen sich die Fenster nicht öffnen. Frühstücksraum sehr laut und ungemütlich.
