Loved the warm welcome we felt from all staff from the moment we arrived. LionX restaurant was amazing. The spa fusion massage was the best massage I have ever had.
The location was quite isolated. There is a shuttle bus to the beach, but the first trip isn’t until 10am and it takes 20min to get there (so a morning walk before breakfast is difficult). They have bikes available at the spa but the resort sits atop a hill so the climb back won’t be for everyone. It would be better if bikes were available at the beach area, and more frequent and earlier shuttle services.

Отдельное спасибо за комплимент от персонала, отозвались на нашу просьбу и бесплатно повысили категорию и заселили нас в номере с прямым выходом к бассейну и собственным лежаками.
Words cannot describe how welcomed and cared for our family felt from the moment we arrived at this incredible resort. We booked two rooms for a 5-night family stay, and every single corner of the property was absolutely immaculate and exactly as a luxury hotel should be.
The highlight of our stay was the unparalleled service, especially when we faced a stressful situation. Having run out of pre-prepared meals for our 1-year-old baby during this long trip, we were struggling to find suitable options. A massive, heartfelt thank you goes to Chef Artawa, Andi, and the rest of the team at the Backstage Restaurant on the 3rd floor. They went completely out of their way to prepare custom meals for our baby with zero additional charges. Their genuine kindness turned a stressful moment into a beautiful memory.
On top of the exceptional dining service, the spa was absolutely amazing and provided us with one of the best wellness experiences we have ever had.
We will definitively revisit this hotel in the future, purely because the incredible staff treats their guests like family.

The room was exceptional!Stayed with my 7year old daughter and the kids club was amazing she didnt want to leave. The buffet breakfast had many western options which we liked. We got a room upgrade as it wasnt busy, travelled in April.
The spa wasnt operational in the main pool. It would of been nice.
The food quality was not as good as the last time we stayed
Food was often not hot and there could be more variety and spray for mosquitoes

We loved the fact that the hotel offers so many outdoor pools and can comfortably accommodate a large number of guests.
The staff, including those at the beach club, were all incredibly friendly, attentive, and warm, each and every one of you made us feel truly welcomed.
The room was modern, comfortable, and clean. The shower had strong water pressure, and the taps responded quickly to hot and cold adjustments; certainly no drainage issues like we’ve experienced elsewhere.
Breakfast was another highlight, with a vast selection to choose from.
Overall, we were very happy with our stay and left with wonderful memories.
We do wish the hotel shuttle service could be more frequent than the current hourly schedule. Adding official pick‑up and drop‑off points along the high street would also make it much more convenient for guests.
As for the beach, while it may not fall entirely under the hotel’s responsibility, it would be wonderful if it could be cleaned up a little more thoroughly. It is generally quite clean, but it was disheartening to see some plastics on the seabed.

Everything was perfect
The property was beautiful and relaxing, had to travel quite a distance to see all of the highlights of Bali, but I loved the resort. The buffet breakfast mornings was excellent, food nice and hot, the staff were very friendly a lovely vacation resort.
We had a great overall experience with no major complaints. The highlights of Bali tours were incredible—although it took several hours to get there, the journey was definitely worth it.
We also hosted a birthday dinner for 14 people at the Asian restaurant. While the food was good and the waitstaff were very friendly, the kitchen struggled to handle a group of our size. Dishes were served at different times, and some guests did not receive their meals at all. In some cases, appetizers and main courses arrived simultaneously for the same person.
With better coordination in the kitchen and more consistent timing of service, the dining experience could be significantly improved.

Pure luxury, hotel staff from restaurants, club kids, reception, room service and in all the restaurants were all amazing. Rooms comfortable & maintained very well.
The front gate staff also very welcoming, the property you feel very safe.
Buffets breakfast at both restaurants was one of the best ever in the world out of all the resorts.
Went to the Lion restaurant & had no crab, lobster which was why we picked that Restaraunt - otherwise food was amazing and service
I liked almost everything. Staff was incredible, super helpful, great English, never said no to anything. Facilities were great, so many things to do just within the property.
The steam room was broken for the entire stay and the sauna had some nails protruding out of planks which shouldn't be the case in a 5 star hotel.
Just outside of the hotel there is a scrap yard where they were burning cables, dogs everywhere - just not the best area to walk around.
