Worth the price and the best hospitality
We stayed at the Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua Resort for eight nights as a family of four and had a wonderful experience.
From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming and attentive. The facilities were outstanding. The swimming pools were lovely, and the spa and gym were both excellent.
The choice of food in the restaurants and around the pool was extensive, and everything we tried was delicious. The breakfast was exceptional and probably the best hotel breakfast we have ever had.
The service throughout the resort was fantastic. The staff are what truly make this hotel special. Everyone we met was kind, friendly and always willing to help.
Our children absolutely loved the kids’ club and looked forward to going each day. They thoroughly enjoyed the wide range of activities and were very well looked after by the team. It was particularly lovely that many of the activities taught them about Bali, its culture and the natural environment.
We would highly recommend the Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua Resort to families and would happily stay here again.

The rooms were modern, very clean and comfortable. The grounds were immaculate. The service from all of the staff was exceptional. We liked that WhatsApp was used for communication. Steaksmith restaurant food was excellent. The buffet breakfast had a huge range.
The food ordered at the pool bar was very average. The main pool had a spa area that was not working and looked in need of an update.
The location. Staff were very kind & friendly. Restaurants were fantastic. Super delicious food & buffet breakfast. Kids club was fun.
The bathrooms need good cleaning.

The breakfast was especially good. I especially like the Asian dishes like soto ayam with noodles. But it is also nice to have an omelette some mornings. The variety was simply amazing. One morning we were able to have breakfast at Lion X and the chicken rice there was outstanding.
I also like the rainforest shower, and the thick bathmat is appreciated.
The position of the bath is a bit weird, I am sure you must have had comments about it.
The first room we were given smelled musty and I let the manager know. We were assigned another room immediately and this was much appreciated.
