The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.

The beach was beautiful, the pool was great, and the breakfast was excellent. I had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed my time at the hotel. Thank you!
What I did not like was that the tap water had an odor similar to swimming pool water. Additionally, there was noise coming from a nearby construction or demolition site. The sound could be heard clearly inside the room and caused disturbance during the daytime.
I also paid an additional charge for a sea view room, but in reality the sea was very far away and the view could hardly be considered a true sea view. Therefore, the extra charge did not provide the expected value or experience.

Great stay, rooms and pools were beautiful. Buffet breakfast had so many options, food was delicious. We were greeted by their chef Artawa too, which was special. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Our stay at the Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua Resort was absolutely exceptional and made our first family holiday to Bali truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm hospitality, stunning facilities, and attention to detail.
The resort is beautifully maintained, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the pools are fantastic for families. Travelling with young children can sometimes be challenging, but the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth and enjoyable for us. Especially to the staff at the kids club Cantika and Erin. WOW! These 2 young women were phenomenal and were adored by my children.
Every team member greeted us with genuine kindness and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options, and the overall dining experience exceeded our expectations. At times, my kids were picky eaters and the restaurant staff always went above and beyond to meet the needs of my children which my husband and I were so grateful for.
The combination of luxury, relaxation, and family-friendly amenities made this the perfect destination for our holiday. Thank you to the entire team for creating such wonderful memories for our family. We would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Bali and look forward to returning in the future. ❤️🌴☀️
I had a wonderful stay and hosted my wedding reception at the hotel. Throughout our stay, my guests thoroughly enjoyed the hotel's amenities.

Anastasia helped organise the rooms for my guests, while Diana assisted with all the event details and setup. Diana is truly a legend, with her incredible willingness to help and exceptional attention to detail.

I really enjoyed our time here! The staff is very friendly and helpful and do everything they can to make your stay very comfortable. Especially Lila from the main pool bar was always serving with a big smile and making sure you got what you needed! Would definitely recommend!

I love love loved this hotel. It’s a contemporary chic hotel with excellent facilities and amenities. No matter where you stay in the hotel the views are picturesque and the rooms are very spacious. The staff were super friendly and warm and the onsite restaurants were incredible. Steaksmith was my favourite restaurant that I visited in the time I was in Bali. This hotel was so good I extended my stay there.
