Het resort is zonder meer luxe.
Het is gigantisch groot, heel veel gezinnen met kleine kinderen, rijen voor het ontbijt etc. Het ligt afgelegen, lopend kun je nergens heen. Wij konden hier niet aarden en zijn na 1 nacht weggegaan.
We loved our stay at renaissance. We will stay again. Restaurants, pools, rooms, gym .....everything was great and very clean.

Good resort if youre looking to stay in Nusa Dua (the worst part of the island in my opinion) and aren't very adventurous.
The Staff were excellent always smiling and willing to help.

Kids activities to keep them entertained so that parents can be couples for few hours...
Buffet was good but felt same spread of food all days. Particularly Indian food was not upto mark.
A bit isolated and have to take a shuttle to beach and shopping..
My husband and I had a blast celebrating his birthday and our wedding anniversary. The team at the resort did a fantastic job decorating our room, making it super special. It's a big place, with a huge pool, super convenient transport to the beach, and the Bali collection. It's a really nice place, with super friendly staff and great service. I'd say this place is worth a visit, and I'll definitely be back for more. Housekeeping did a great job ensure are room are tidy and enough amenities.
It appears that the bathroom has accumulated soap scum and mold, and we're unsure if any chemical cleaning agent was utilized in the cleaning process. However, it does not appear to be freshly cleaned.
