It was like a peaceful haven, with lovely people to greet us coming home each day from our beautiful excursions
Pros:

The people working there were absolutely lovely, worked really hard and did everything to make our stay happy, fun, and enjoyable. They were always ready with a smile and a laugh.

Also, we had the very best sleep I can remember in a hotel, comfy beds, exceptional black out curtains, and very peaceful and quiet. The view over the water was so beautiful with a gorgeous sunset each night. We stayed for a week so it felt like coming home to peace and quiet from the crazy busy touristy centre of town.

Cons:

The most frustrating for me was having no drink making facilities in the room. I really need a cup of tea first thing to get moving, and we had to go down to the lobby and bar to get a drink. I had to ask for a tea bag, and then ask for milk, make it with a hot water urn, then take it back up in the lift trying really hard not to spill it whilst using the key card to make the lift work, then get it in the heavy door after using the key card. etc etc so frustrating. The staff were lovely helping me get tea bags etc but I just needed to make tea on my room.

Also, the hotel was too far to walk in and out every time to the city centre , and the trams were not working so we tried the bus which was ok, 10mins, but a unreliable, so we often grabbed an Uber. It still ended up cheaper than a city centre hotel and was a great escape from the millions of tourists from the cruise liners.

Beliggenheten var flott. Hotellet var fint, personalet ok.

Cons:

Frokosten kunne absolutt vært bedre. Beklager å måtte klage, men frokosten var dårlig. Såvidt jeg kunne se var det kun feite oster og skinkepålegg i tillegg til syltetøy og sjokoladepålegg. For den som ikke vil spise så mye fett og sukker, fantes ikke alternativ. Dere kun lagt til noe sild/laks/ørret/leverpostei, og kanskje havregrynsgrøt :)

Pros:

Comfortable room with view of the fjord, check in was seamless and staff were very nice.

Cons:

Location is outside of the older city centre/harbour and in a newer neighbourhood. It's close to City Sauna but not much else of interest. Parking is not available through the hotel; you have to use a paid lot around the corner near the hospital which is a bit pricey.

Grosses und schönes Badezimmer & Schlafzimmer (hatten das Glück, in einem Rollstuhlgängigem Zimmer zu sein, welch somit grösser war), so sollte der Standard aller Zimmer sein.

Cons:

Gepäck Abgabe vor Check-In umständlich Handhabung.

Perfekte Lage am neuen Jachthafen, moderne Einrichtung, motiviertes Personal, besser geht es kaum…

Cons:

Es gab im Hotel nichts zu kritisieren. Nur die Parkgebühren von dem externen Anbieter am Hotel könnten für Hotelgäste etwas preiswerter gestaltet werden. 25 Euro pro Tag für ein Motorrad ist schon etwas reichlich.
