Service - half roll of toilet paper, and cold food
Accessibiliry - not for escooter people.
(Well i didnt care about the rule but thats bcoz they refused to let me take it in so i smuggled it in)

However i forgot a pc charging thst i got off aliexpress and its battery is pregnant.

Pros:

The location of hotel is very near to train and bus stations. Very convenient to travel. View from hotel was also good. Breakfast was also good.

Cons:

Room did not have any wardrobe so clothes need to be hanged. Also kettle not available in room.

Sightseeing in Bergen- und dann auf die Hurtigruten…
Pros:

Ein modernes Haus, zeitgemäß ausgestattet. Alle Funktionen und Dienste standen trotz eines längeren Streiks zur Verfügung. Eine große Leistung des Managements. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen!

A decent hotel located just outside the city center of Bergen
Pros:

This is a good hotel, unfortunately we were there during a worker strike that affected service and is reflected in the rating.
The hotel location is scenic/right on the water and approximately a 4 minute walk to the tram/train ride offering another 4 minute ride into the city center.
Definitely recommend uploading the App for public transportation in Bergen. It will come in handy if you are utilizing public transportation, ie the tram/train. If you are caught utilizing the transportation systems without a ticket you will get a pretty steep fine.
The tram/train runs from the airport to the stop near the hotel and it is ideal to utilize if you are able to use. People are available at the airport to assist with purchasing a ticket for the tram. I think the ride from the airport was about 35 minutes.
The hotel is similar to other Moxy hotels we have previously stayed at. As noted, it was unfortunate while we were there a strike was ongoing that definitely negatively impacted the service one would expect from the Moxy.
Breakfast at the hotel was ok. Due to the worker shortage, items did run out and were not timely replaced or even replaced at all.
The workers who were working were pleasant, professional and worked hard at filling the gaps.
If there wasn't a strike, I could easily see this hotel getting a four instead of a three rating.
The rooms were ok and on the smaller size but offered a really nice view of the waterway.
There were several saunas docked near the hotel that locals were using. One of the saunas could be rented out and taken out into the water.
There are several restaurants within walking distance, the best one we found was Bien Pizzabar. On two of the three occasions we ate at Bien, they had outstanding pizza. On one occasion the pizza and salad were just ok. I also orderd the hamburger, french fries and tiramisu, all of which were very good.
We ordered wine at the Moxy on a couple of evenings. The wine was ok, nothing special.

Gute Lage, Innenstadt gut mit ÖPNV oder zu Fuß erreichbar.

Cons:

Frühstück war nicht gut. Kaffee-Automaten ständig außer Betrieb, dass Gleiche gilt für die Saftautomaten. Abhilfe nur bei dringenden Hinweis ans Personal, komplett unaufmerksam. Tische werden nicht gereinigt, einfach nur ekelig.
Die Zimmer wurden während des Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt, Streik des Personals. Der Preis für das Zimmer wurde uns natürlich voll berechnet. Uns hätte ja schon eine kleine Geste z.B. ein kostenloses Getränk sanfter gestimmt, aber da kam nichts.
