When travelling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of £25 for 1 dog or £40 for a maximum 2 dogs, per night applies. Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms-please notify the hotel in advance- unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate dogs in our Sora Sky Bar.
Please note our Sora Sky Bar is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
There are limited onsite parking spaces available at the Hotel for £ 27.50 per night per car. Car parking must be booked in advance of your stay. Alternatively, there is an NCP car park on Tanner Row, just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel reception. Prices are approximately £40.00 for 24 hours.
The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our Seasonal A’ la Carte menu and a side dish. Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply to adults. Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu is also available.
Please note extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (£30 per night) directly with the hotel.
Starting 9th October 2024 our hotels will be cashless, please use cards or digital payments for transactions.

Bedrooms are very well set out. I especially like the make up mirror area. Bed was comfortable and there was a good space to work at.

Dust under couches, rug filthy all dirt stains, tv stand all touched up with paint that didn't match the red colour of the stand itself
The bed was lovely and comfortable, shower new and modern, but did not like the the layout
On busy junctions, would have been better on higher floor, we were on second floor, building site next door, I know the hotel can’t help that.
Excellent location for exploring the city and its attractions. Very helpful staff in all areas. Clean room. Great range of breakfasts on offer as there were for evening meals.
Minor improvement suggestions - In the bedroom area we could have done with a bin and in the bathroom a towel rail next to the sink - but not major issues.
In the bar I found it odd that I couldn't have a half of Guinness and could only have a pint! Not a problem one might say. My wife missed having an area to put on her make up with a mirror in the bedroom rather than using the mirror in the bathroom.

Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Zimmer sind grosszügig und die Betten ausgezeichnet. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen obwohl es mitten im Zentrum liegt.
Der SPA Bereich ist nur gegen Voranmeldung zu benutzen. Leider konnte ich nicht davon profitieren, weshalb ich keine Bewertung dazu geben kann.

Bathroom was very strange
Location was excellent and the food was great
Had to change room because it was really small with no hanging space. Upgrade was good. Cupboard area was really dark.
Breakfast was lovely, however, because we had our dog, we had to sit away from the dining room and felt sort of shut off.
