When travelling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of £25 for 1 dog or £40 for a maximum 2 dogs, per night applies. Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms-please notify the hotel in advance- unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate dogs in our Sora Sky Bar.
Please note our Sora Sky Bar is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
There are limited onsite parking spaces available at the Hotel for £ 27.50 per night per car. Car parking must be booked in advance of your stay. Alternatively, there is an NCP car park on Tanner Row, just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel reception. Prices are approximately £40.00 for 24 hours.
The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our Seasonal A’ la Carte menu and a side dish. Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply to adults. Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu is also available.
Please note extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (£30 per night) directly with the hotel.
Starting 9th October 2024 our hotels will be cashless, please use cards or digital payments for transactions.

Really liked the location and the very quiet room, even at night.
My daughter is getting married so another daughter and myself took her to the terrace bar. We expected to pay a little more but the cost of the food and wine was extortionate. My daughter lives in london and thought it was more expensive than a lot of places there.
The location is good. The staff were welcoming. The rooftop bar/restaurant is the key feature.
It isn’t to our taste. It feels like one is staying in a night club. The room smelt awful. The decor makes it difficult to ascertain if it’s clean.

Booked here due to nice weather and rooftop bar - however this is only open Thurs -Saturday and our stay was Monday. Such a disappointment. The hotel bar was also closed on our return after dinner at 11pm which for residents again was not great.

Internal style - very funky
It s advertised as Dog friendly, and that dogs are allowed in the downstairs bar area. We were asked not to sit in the downstairs bar area , instead a few seats on the opposite side of the building to the bar was the area for dogs, with zero atmosphere. Didn’t fancy having breakfast as again we were pointed to that same sterile area if we wanted to eat with our dog present . When we checked in the receptionist asked for full payment even though we had paid via booking.coma could have days earlier. We paid the extra for the Dog package, got to our room to find nothing for the dog, we had to call at reception to ask for the bed , bowl and treats to be delivered to the room . In other Malmaison hotels we have had the opposite experience !!

Excellent central location. We took the suite upgrade option on arrival (£20 per night) which was a very good size and worked well for us. Food at breakfast was good with decent choice and freshly cooked. Staff friendly and efficient. Aircon worked well
Very limited parking which was all pre booked though the website said it was first come first served, and in any case the 1 EV charger wasn’t working. . The hotel should have a preferred discounted parking arrangement with someone close by. The one referenced as closest was £40 per day which is ridiculous - we moved it to another parking spot which was a more standard £25 per day!
Wir hatten bereits bei Buchung um Reservierung 1 Parkplatz für unser Auto gebeten. Ca. 4 Wochen vor
Reisebeginn dann nochmal erinnert. Es waren keine Parkplätze mehr frei. Das war kein guter Service.
