When travelling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of £25 for 1 dog or £40 for a maximum 2 dogs, per night applies. Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms-please notify the hotel in advance- unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate dogs in our Sora Sky Bar.
Please note our Sora Sky Bar is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
There are limited onsite parking spaces available at the Hotel for £ 27.50 per night per car. Car parking must be booked in advance of your stay. Alternatively, there is an NCP car park on Tanner Row, just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel reception. Prices are approximately £40.00 for 24 hours.
The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our Seasonal A’ la Carte menu and a side dish. Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply to adults. Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu is also available.
Please note extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (£30 per night) directly with the hotel.
Starting 9th October 2024 our hotels will be cashless, please use cards or digital payments for transactions.

Excellent bed!
I paid for an upgrade to a club room, mainly for the improved view.
My view was of a building site, which started work at 7.30am with heavy earth moving equipment.

Perfect location, easy access to the shops, bars and restaurants. Large twin room and spacious bathroom. Breakfast one of the best Ive had including variety of continental and beautiful cooked breakfast. All staff were lovely
Kettle wasn't very clean and glasses had lipstick marks.on them.
Lighting in room for putting on makeup wasn't very good
