La cama era muy comoda la vdd, la habitación la mucama siempre la mantenia limpia y ordenada. El climá muy frío y el wifi excelente.
El agua sale fría, no tiene agua caliente en si puede salir tibia a helada, al llegar no te reciben bien los que estan en la puerta, y haciendo la reservación por este medio uno a veces tiene dudas, llame a resepación para saber si el hospedaje incluia desayunos ya que eramos 4 personas, y la señorita checa mi reservacion y dice su reservación fue por booking y me colgo, sin decir una disculpa ya que fue por aplicacion no lo incluye o en algo más que pueda apoyarle no.... simplemente me colgó, su bufeet cobra 299 fui en la mañana, y la vdd no esta tan bueno... siento que le falta variedad para ser bufet. El agua fría, la resepción y el servicio dejan mucho que desear...

No podía abrir la puerta, tenía que repetir como 5 veces hasta que por fin abrió, después le haye el truco de como se abre, sin embargo, fue difícil.

The location and rooms were amazing.
Pool was heated when it was already hot outside, making it impossible to go in during the day because it was so warm. Then when night came, there was no jacuzzi being heated or any way to heat it for yourself. Also the little wristbands they make their customers wear so they know they have a room and not a customer for the restaurant on the top floor, is a very annoying inconvenience. No one wants to wear that all day, in the pool or at all in public when it shows others what hotel you’re staying at. A big safety hazard they obviously haven’t thought of. Not to mention they want to charge you for not wearing it or if you don’t return it?
