Location to where I needed to be

Good location in this small town. View from room not great but I have found when you use booking services rather than contacting the hotel directly this is often the case.

Location was close to convention center

The room was clean and the price was right

Lots of breakfast choices and the swimming pool my grandkids enjoyed it very much.

We stayed two separate nights within a week.

Night #1: Very good value for the room on a Sunday night. Well designed room, though I'd only rate the cleaning a 4 with the shower especially needing some extra attention. It was really annoying for check-in to take 20-25 min at 9:45 PM on a Sunday night because there was only one person on duty and two people in a row in front of us that somehow took 10+ min a piece. I couldn't figure out if the problem was with the guests or the reservation system.

Night #2: More expensive on a Friday night but still reasonable for the class of hotel. Fast check-in this time, and two people on duty. Continued to appreciate the thoughtful design by somebody that has actually slept in a hotel. For example, there is a towel rack in the bathroom.

Friendly staff, excellent breakfast selection, comfortable rooms and beds

Great trip. All employees were super friendly and welcoming. Paul was very kind and checked on us during our breakfast. Hotel is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was well done and it was nice to have the lobby amenities 24/7 which was well explained to us during check in. Will stay again.

This brand new Avid hotel exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness is impeccable, and it boasts a great location. Paul was very professional and helpful, and the rest of the friendly staff made me feel right at home in my incredibly spacious room, which featured great amenities. To top it all off, they serve a great breakfast. Highly recommended!

Stayed at Avid for our hike of the Enchantments and recovery day in Leavenworth. Great location, accommodating rooms, good amenities (pool and hot tub), and delicious breakfast. Paul Priestly stopped by our table during breakfast to ensure everything was to our liking. I really appreciated him checking in on us.
Would stay here again.
