staff were able to get me into a room very quickly. This is a great value to me since there aren't any later flights. Some hotels I've had to wait in the lounge after a long flight. Was amazing to be able to get into a room and just sleep after a long flight! Thanks so much to the staff.
Not a lot to do around the hotel. Pretty far from any attractions. The tram is close to get a ride downtown. They are working on the menu which has improved over the years.

C'est mon 2ème séjour dans cet hôtel, et pas le dernier.
Le petit déjeuner au top, beaucoup de choix et horaire appréciable (jusqu'à 10H30)
Ayant 2 chiens, la proximité pour les promener, chambre très grande, et le personnel très sympathique avec eux, on voit qu'ils sont les bienvenus.
Vous pouvez commander des boissons au bar et les monter dans votre chambre.
Je recommande.
Chambre de grande taille avec tt le necessaire
Personel a l'acceuil ne parle pas bien français et pas tres serviable et j ai payer 43euro en plus pour avoir la chambre a 13h qui etait disponible directement aucun effort commercial et le parking exterieur a 24euro alors qu il n y a aucune securite exterieur et que le parkkng exterieur devrait etre gratuit vu qu on est dans un zoning et que le weekend tout les societe sont fermer tt au tour!

De ontvangst, die al begon bij de slagboom, was erg hartelijk en correct (zelden zo meegemaakt!). We voelden ons echt gewaardeerde gasten. Manuel (als ik z'n naam goed heb onthouden) sprak bovendien heel goed Nederlands, super fijn!
De kamer zag er zeer verzorgd en schoon uit, het compacte keukentje was verrassend compleet en het bed sliep heerlijk. Ook de badkamer zag er zo keurig uit dat mijn vriendin er zelfs zonder slippers durfde te douchen.
Het ontbijt was uitstekend, vooral de bacon en de rösti’s waren verrukkelijk. Dit wordt absoluut ons vaste adres als we in Brussel zijn!
Er valt zo goed als niets aan te merken op ons verblijf. Als ik dan toch één klein minpuntje moet noemen: we misten alleen een toiletborstel op het toilet.
