Pros:

Lokalita v centru, velice ochotný personál, čisto, moderní interiér. Non-stop recepce, v přízemí bistro se základní nabídkou jídel, v poslední patře lobby s terasou a možností trávit čas mimo kabinu. Samotná kabina pohodlná, účelně zařízená, ale počítejte s velmi omezeným místem.

Cons:

Cesta z nádraží na ubytování přes Hansaplatz nebo i Steidamm byla v neděli podvečer hrozná - v ulicích plno bezdomovců, opilců, feťáků a jiných divných osob a všude šílený nepořádek - necítil jsem se bezpečně. To je bohužel realita dnešního centra Hamburku.

The location - was offered sex and drugs just outside. It’s a capsule hotel so small. Would have nice to have been given footwear to wear to the showers.

Pros:

Cab20 is my preferred choice at times due to price and location. Service is mostly okay and facilities are always clean.

My view of the property has always been positive.

Cons:

Until yesterday at check-in.
All to collect €2.57 of city tax. When I shared that I would like to pay upon check out, the older man, Amin, at reception raised his voice noticeably and rudely responded with: What check out payment? Pay at check in! Everybody pays at check in!

He behaved like a debt collector. And tried to cancel my key collection via the self-service tablet until I took out my card.

I want to mention that:
1. My booking was fully paid prior to arrival.
2. I checked in online and provided my card details.
3. While collecting the key at the counter via the tablet, there was a Pay Later option.
4. I have selected the Pay Later option at check out in my previous stays and settled my bills without issues.
5. Upon check out, the payment collected for the city tax was still reflecting in my account.

If there was a change in policy, it could have been shared. Obviously my confusion and response came from my previous experience with the property.
I would like to suggest that matters are communicated with courtesy to guests. We are, at the end of the day tired guests wanting a place to rest. A little kindness and respect goes a long way.

The 2 ladies at check out were lovely and kind. Thank you for trying to redeem a service failure that were no fault of yours. :)

Pros:

I like that for less than the price of a usual Airbnb, I get a clean space to rest during my visits. When I don't need a kitchen and I only use the room to sleep, it's the perfect option for literally bed and breakfast. I find it much cosier and more private than a hostel, and the beds and the cabins are always clean and pleasant to be in. Huge thanks to the staff who look after the living spaces and keep the area clean!

Cons:

The location is a bit tricky, as there are a lot of shady characters on the street, if I can put it that way. That said, the staff and the security made every effort to mitigate the risks, and inside we felt safe.
