Pros:

The personnel at the reception were exceptionally welcoming, cheerful and helpful. The hostel has everything one might need for a short trip to Hamburg and the location is very good.

Cons:

It was a bit pricy for a hostel, but that is understandable when compared to the average accommodation price in Hamburg

Líbil se mi spis nápad jak udělat hotel a hlavně spíše město jako takové

Cons:

nebylo kam dát pořádně kufr v jednolůžkové kapsli.
Snídaně bohužel neodpovídá ceně cekal jsem třeba teplý bufet
Lokalita kde se to nachází je hodně divoká . Neni to úplně pro všechny a chápu že ženy se zde bojí

The location wasn't dedirable at all. The facility was fine.
Cons:

In all honesty I was rather shocked at the size of the rooms. It truly was smaller than expected.. but overall not a problem.
However the room 030 (upstairs) was ssssssssooooooooooo cold. I could not spend any time in there without my warm jacket on. In comparison my brothers room was warm and toasty (029)

for shockingly good value for money - this is a great alternative to regular hotels
Pros:

beautiful little cosy pod - exceptional staff , very friendly and welcoming . Just wish there were more places like this

Wir waren als Gruppe und würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.
Pros:

Der Aufenthaltsraum ,die Dachlounge und der 24h Service.

Cons:
