Heerlijke vakantie, goede locatie en vriendelijke eigenaren
Pros:

Appartement van alle gemakken voorzien, erg centraal gelegen waardoor je binnen 1 minuut in de centrale straat van Faliraki loopt. Zowel restaurants als uitgaan is op korte afstand. Wij waren op vakantie met 17+ jeugd en gaan zelf graag naar het strand. Erg leuke locatie en leuk zwembad met voldoende bedjes en schaduw. Accommodatie is van dezelfde familie als de naastliggende supermarkt.

Ho passato qui qualche giorno dal 17 al 21 luglio e mi sono trovato benissimo. Tutto perfetto: camera spaziosa, bella piscina all'esterno e bar aperto h24/sempre funzionale (fatevi preparare l'ice coffee perché è eccezionale!). La posizione è il top, a due passi dal mare e comodissima rispetto all'aeroporto. Consigliatissima!

Super owner, and great rooms
Pros:

Very nice location, good room, nice extras like the iron and smart tv. Owners are super nice, would definitely go bck!!

Cons:

The only downside of the room was that the exhaust system in the bathroom made noise and did not work properly, no air was actually sucked out with any odour. Would have been better to have a window.

Pros:

Location was great, close to main town and beach but no noise! Also 5 minute walk to bus stop for Rhodes, Lindos or airport..Apartment was well equipped, comfortable and modern. Lovely pool area with restaurant/bar on site. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, lovely family run place.

Die Lage

Cons:

Leider war mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr enttäuschend. Das Zimmer war extrem klein und bot praktisch keinen Stauraum für Koffer oder persönliche Gegenstände.

Zudem gab es kaum Privatsphäre, da das Zimmer lediglich über eine Balkontür verfügte, die mit einem dünnen, teilweise durchsichtigen Vorhang abgedeckt war. Direkt neben dem Zimmer befand sich außerdem ein Waschraum, sodass man ständig die lauten Waschmaschinen hören konnte.

Hinzu kam ein unangenehmer Geruch im Zimmer. Da es keine richtige Tür gab, sammelten sich zudem viele Mücken im Raum, was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich unangenehm machte.

Aufgrund eines Wasserschadens konnte der Außenbereich nicht genutzt werden, sodass man nicht einmal draußen sitzen konnte.

Besonders enttäuschend war jedoch der Umgang mit meinen Beschwerden. Trotz mehrfacher Nachfragen haben weder das Personal noch der Chef eine zufriedenstellende Lösung angeboten oder mir weitergeholfen.

Insgesamt waren die Umstände für mich nicht akzeptabel, weshalb ich mich entschieden habe, das Hotel vorzeitig zu verlassen. Leider kann ich dieses Hotel daher nicht weiterempfehlen.

Lovely place, highly recommend if looking for a relaxing stay, clean and comfortable at a decent price and perfect locat
Pros:

Great location, a relaxed nature to the place made it feel like we were in a different world. We spent all day around the pool even after we had checked out and we really appreciated the way staff left us to our own devices, we could leave our stuff by the pool and go into Faliraki and get lunch without anything moving. Always sunbeds available and a lovely big pool. Genuinely a dream location for a holiday, very quiet on an evening so not difficult to sleep and a little bar and shop at the hotel which serves beer and sells ice cream / crisps.

Cons:

The only issue we had were the Towels, they were changed once on our second day and they smelled really bad. I can only assume they were left in a washer/dryer somewhere and the dampness had consumed them or that they were new because they did smell really bad and we resorted to air drying instead of having them around us…

Prima prijs / kwaliteit voor het aantal sterren. Wel kiezen voor een gerenoveerde kamer. Nette kamer met prima douche en goede bedden. Airco werkt naar behoren. Uitstekende ligging op korte loopafstand van het centrum. Net zwembad met voldoende nieuwe ligstoelen. Vriendelijk personeel en eigenaren.

Fantastic stay!
Pros:

Fantastic apartments. Lovely staff! Very central yet tucked away in a quiet area. Lots of outside space and lovely pool and very well priced bar for both food and drink. Would highly recommend
