Under trained staff. Lack of hospitality.
Pros:

Spacious rooms. In room facilities were good. Showers were good.

Cons:

Did not get a well managed stay. Felt like staff was not trained. The quality of food as compared with similar hotels was poor. Buffet is costly and choice of food served is poor. They should review their menus and recipes. I was given a bill that was more than the booking price and had to request correction. Billing is confusing so don’t know if I got what was promised. Further our driver was forced out of the parking despite us checking about the free parking and later messaging the hotel. We expressed our recommendation to the check out staff. Hope the management takes note of the failing overall management and training.

I love the hotel! The experience brings me back always.
Pros:

The tariffs need a wee rationalization. This time was great but other times we nearly pay double.
Breakfast is a winner. Excellent.
Pool was super.
Staff always cooperative.
Overall experience great. Thank you

Cons:

Like mentioned above tariffs need a visit. As IHG do we get the best tariff as a regular customer.
Pool area need to be better cleaned. Bath robes were not available there.

I booked this hotel includ with break fast I extended one more days I told them I want same service next day when I went for breakfast then they told me it’s not included I told before I want same service next I am very disappointed then I paid extra money for breakfast.
