Good rooms and decent staff .. but will Never stay here again ..

Biggest screw up : NO HOT WATER in my shower at 5.30am .. worst experience ever that was .. v v v v disappointing .. was sooooo annoyed and upset

To make things worse, at checkout they say that my room bill has not been paid for , wherein I only paid the full amount (for 2 rooms) by GPAY during checkin. But this was a small matter compared to having a shower with ICE COLD WATER at 5.30 in the morning.
