Pros:

La piscine privée dans notre villa
La villa plutôt grande
La salle de bains avec double douche et baignoire

Cons:

L’hôtel est loin de tout. Impossible de sortir pour trouver un restaurant à moins de 40 minutes de voitures.
Il faut donc prendre tous ses repas dans les deux restaurants de l’hôtel
Pas beaucoup de choix dans le buffet du petit déjeuner
Il y a très peu de verdure. Certains endroits ressemblent à des terrains laissés à l’abandon entre les chambres.

Great facility, but Average service.
Pros:

The rooms were comfortable amd spacious with amazing views.

Cons:

Service was rather on the average side, expected better service for the price and prestige of the hotel.
There was no concierge or brochures available to let us know what to do around the area.
Hotel staff, did not give us tours of the facility or show us our room properly.

10/10, will definetly visit again.
Pros:

I loved Room size and the available facilities, breakfast and staff, everyone was really nice, welcoming, and professional, with a beautiful beach and view. It’s a chance to enjoy a luxurious getaway with family.

Cons:

the only thing i can think of is the location of the property is that it’s away from the center, around a 50minute drive. however it’s a great spot for those who are looking for a place to relax, in a more private place

Lovely property and great service!
Pros:

It was beautiful and the staff were extremely helpful and warm.

Cons:

One of the pools wasnt functional and that should’ve been clarified in advance of our stay. However they allowed us to use a second pool out of hours which was nice.

الصراحه المكان جميل جدا جدا وهادئ وينفع للي يبغي مكان مافيه ازعاج ومن مميزاته انه قريب جدا من الشاطئ وتمشي 5 دقايق من غرفتك والخدمات في الغرفه فيها تفاصيل مميزه في الغرفه واهتمامهم فيها يميزهم زي توفير المياه الغازيه دون الطلب فقط لانهم شافو علبة مياه غازيه وكذالك الرفيل في كل شي في الغرفه والمميز كذالك روب الحمام ثقيل ويدفي ومميز الصراحه

Je m’attendais à beaucoup mieux!

La chambre sauf quand les lézards rentre dormir avec vous et la piscine, le calme

Cons:

Le lieu est très éloigné et le service reste assez moyen.

Les matelas des transats étaient sales, un seul restaurant était ouvert et la nourriture n’était pas à la hauteur.

Globalement, je suis assez déçu du rapport qualité-prix.
Il serait également important de mettre à jour la fiche sur Booking.com afin d’indiquer clairement qu’une seule piscine est actuellement ouverte ainsi qu’un seul restaurant, pour éviter toute déception aux futurs clients.

La wifi a cesser de fonctionner pendant quelques heures et l’opérateur ne capte pas pour moi qui travail ça a été extrêmement contraignant.

Außergewöhnlicher Aufenthalt – echte Gastfreundschaft, die von Herzen kommt
Pros:

Eigentlich war meine Reise bereits für März geplant. Aufgrund der damaligen politischen Situation habe ich mich jedoch zunächst dagegen entschieden. In dieser Zeit stand ich mehrfach mit dem Hotel in Kontakt und genau hier beginnt für mich schon das, was diesen Aufenthalt so besonders macht. Das gesamte Team war durchgehend unglaublich geduldig, verständnisvoll und lösungsorientiert. Jede meiner Anfragen bezüglich Verschiebung wurde flexibel und unkompliziert umgesetzt, ohne Aufpreis, ohne Stornogebühren und ohne zusätzliche Kosten, obwohl ich Flug und Hotel getrennt gebucht hatte. Diese Kulanz und Menschlichkeit sind für mich absolut nicht selbstverständlich und verdienen höchste Anerkennung.

Ich habe außerdem den Flughafentransfer genutzt, den das Hotel anbietet. Dieser ist zwar etwas teurer, aber ich kann ihn absolut empfehlen. Gerade nach einem langen Flug nimmt er einem sofort den Stress. Man wird abgeholt, muss sich um nichts kümmern und wird entspannt direkt ins Hotel gebracht, das etwa eine Stunde vom Flughafen Salalah entfernt ist. Für mich war das ein perfekter Start in den Urlaub.

Am Flughafen hatte ich eine kleine Herausforderung, da sich mein Fahrer verspätet hat. Nichtsdestotrotz wurde ich sehr zuvorkommend betreut und konnte die Zeit gut überbrücken. Als ich schließlich im Hotel ankam, wurde mir aufgrund der Verzögerung sogar ein kostenloses Upgrade angeboten, von einem Lagunenblick zu einem traumhaften Meerblick. Solche Gesten machen einen großen Unterschied.

Der Empfang im Hotel war herzlich. Es gab ein Willkommensgetränk, Türen wurden aufgehalten und man wurde jederzeit freundlich und aufmerksam behandelt. Man fühlt sich wirklich wertgeschätzt. Gleichzeitig wirkt das alles nie übertrieben oder aufgesetzt, sondern immer genau richtig und sehr angenehm.

Zum Thema Preise, insbesondere beim Essen, möchte ich auch etwas sagen, da ich hierzu andere Bewertungen gelesen habe.
