Only an overnight stay, but very enjoyable. Stephanie at the front desk was great.
Pros:

We enjoyed the short walk to the pier and beach. Breakfast was really good.

Great location, be aware of noisy AC
Pros:

The location was great. Right by the Pompano pier, restaurants, shops, beach of course.
The hotel is new, staff professional, breakfast ok. Parking is paid ($28), but easy and well organized by the hotel.

Cons:

The AC in the room is so noisy that we were half of the night up. We left it at 76F, so it would work less, still we felt like we are sleeping in the middle of runway at the airport, that's how loud it is! It's a shame. Such a beautiful, new hotel and such an old style outdated AC unit. Why?

Best hotel experience ever! Clean, polished, and loved dogs!
Pros:

Every area from the hotel room to the multiple common areas was well maintained and clean. Our room had a full size microwave and extra large mini fridge & freezer. Beautiful open-air rooftop restaurant and seating. Nice location very short walk to fishing pier, beach, restaurants and shops. We stayed here an entire week and didn’t get bored without driving a single place. I was nervous about bringing our 90lb dog, but this place loves dogs!

Pluses and Minuses
Pros:

Great walkable location. Staff was super nice and helpful! Room was a great size and had everything we needed. Loved the kitchen amenities- made everything easier and more comfortable.

Cons:

Some people might not like that parking is in a garage next door, but we found it totally workable. Our bathroom wasn’t the cleanest we’ve ever seen (specifically the shower) but the water pressure is fantastic and the toiletries are really nice. The bed pillows were so lumpy as to be laughable. Never seen anything like it. Breakfast was not good—we skipped it and went across the way to a coffee shop instead.

Devastating
Pros:

We have stayed the last 2 years at this property for spring break and summer and I have watched it go to shit. Our children love coming here to the boardwalk and How R u brewin coffee. This time the place was disgustingly dirty and you can tell the change in management is for the worst. Breakfast was also horrible. The bathroom was dirty and drains didn’t go down in the sink and shower and the beds were used with hair and the room smelled horrifying. Used to be such a great hotel.

Overpriced due to location. Low value for money.
Pros:

Location is good, very active, nice restaurants nearby, close to the ocean and nice beach walk.

Cons:

Very old hardware, none of USB was working. Door had broken manual lock.
Pool is dirty and some guest use it just to wash legs after the beach...
Breakfast is free, but tasteless.
"Parking" logo at Booking.com page looks like a scam. No parking, there is a 3rd party parking nearby, but when you search hotels with parking you expect to see parking on site, or included in the cost. This parking is stand alone, for additional $25/day.

Busy and fun, crowded but met our needs
Pros:

The location was great! Amazing spot for a family visit with kids and grandparents.

Cons:

It was super busy, so it was hard to get a spot by the pool or at breakfast, in the elevator, etc. otherwise, great trip!
