An amazing time with the family and a very comfortable stay.
Pros:

The property was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The host was really friendly and attentive. The neighborhood was family-friendly and close to downtown, the beach, and many great restaurants.

Clean, great character, nice location. If planning to need internet while onsite I’d skip this property.
Pros:

Property had a unique cozy charm. Plenty of space with 2 bedrooms and the small but full kitchen

Cons:

Bathroom was small, hardly enough space to set your toothbrushes on the sink. Internet was non existent, you’d connect and it would disconnect within minutes, not ideal . Also, the access door is frosted for privacy, but has a motion light outside of it, so it would pop on frequently and shine into the living space where the sofa sleeper is.

Pros:

I had a really good stay at Alani Bay Villas. The location is a big plus, it’s in a very nice neighborhood and only about 7 minutes from Las Olas and downtown, which made getting around super easy.
The apartment itself was very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable, which honestly makes a huge difference. Everything felt well taken care of.
Communication was smooth as well, the owner was very precise and clear with instructions, so check-in and the overall stay were hassle-free.
Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

It's not walking distance from the major sites but there is a very nice park nearby. So you definitely need a car to move around.

Beautiful neighbourhood
Pros:

Lovely neighbourhood, quiet and safe. Without a car it's a good walk to a store or restaurants but pleasant along the canal and then into some beautiful older homes. Easy check in and out. The place was clean and the beds comfortable although the pillows weren't great.
We had problems getting the AC to our liking but management quickly came round and sorted us out.

Cons:

Kitchen was a bit sparsely equipped but again management was quick to come round with additional items.
Seating arrangement in the living room was a bit odd, room for 3 on a sofa but we were 4 adults.
Overall it's a great spot for a couple of nights

NOT WORTH IT!
Pros:

It was a cute apartment and the area was deceiving. It was us women staying there and we felt very uncomfortable due to some suspicions with guys watching us from the bedroom.

Cons:

There were guys watching us from the bedroom that made us feel very uncomfortable. Walking back and forth by the front door. Causing the front lights to go on and off. Reached out to the host who offered to call the police but that didn’t make us feel comfortable because we weren’t sure of these guys were neighbors who would bother us some more after the police left. We decided to leave only after being there for 5 hours and walked out to the standing by our cars smiling at us. I expressed this to the host and asked for a partial refund and he refused!!! Now I can’t help but think that this was done on purpose to keep my money!! DO NOT STAY HERE BECAUSE THE HOST DOES NOT HELP AND IT WAS DARK WITH NOT ENOUGH LIGHTING OUT!!!!! We feared for our safety!
