Location was great, close to shops
If you needed any amenities you had to ring reception, eg shampoo, shower cap etc that would normally be complimentary. The room was basic for the price. We were upgraded but was surprised how small the upgrade was for the price.
Location and every member of staff we interacted with were super helpful and friendly!
The Chromecast in our room was disconnected from the tv but we reconnected it and was working fine.
Our room was well presented and appointed.
Staff were very helpful and courteous. The location was terrific and very accessible.

Rubbish service
There was bugs in the room and the lifts weren’t working some of the time
Everything was fresh and clean, and the breakfast was beautiful. My kids and I had a mini staycation and they absolutely loved it. The lady at reception was so kind and helpful, and gave the kids free colouring packs which they adored.
Would have loved a little more information about the bar/restaurant/room service but as it was just for a one night stay it didn’t matter too much.
