Kinley Chattanooga Southside, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

Charity at Company is so amazing. She was so kind and easy to talk to. Elsie made great drinks and was so kind as well. Love this place! Even if you’re not staying at the hotel, it’s a cool atmosphere with good drinks.

Great location and hipster hotel. As seasoned retired upscale travelers. We were disappointed in the lack of best in class customer service. We were not able to have a drink at speakeasy .. it was full. Our air conditioning wasn’t working and we didn’t have an Amex platinum Marriott experience. The biggest issue was the traffic noise and they should have white noise in each room

My son and I stopped by here for a drink before a show at the Barrel House. I wanted to show him the speak easy and it did not disappoint! Grace and Elsie were fantastic and made specialty drinks. Highly recommend!

There is nobody that will make you feel special like Elise and Grace. They went absolutely above and beyond to make sure my wife and I had a great time for her birthday weekend vacation. I love her with all my heart and these two made sure she felt the same kind of love I try to give her. If you come, you are in good hands.

Great experience here on a Sunday night. I heard it’s busy on Friday and Saturday nights so you might want to make a reservation. Tonight, however, the bartender, Elsie, was amazing. Fantastic drinks and conversation. I’ve recommended this place to local friends and look forward to visiting again next year.

Absolutely amazing experience! Elsie is a fantastic bartender, even while catering to a full bar, she was able to craft me a custom made drink based on my preferences and it was delicious! I could not recommend this place more, 10/10 experience!

The Kinley is our go to hotel in Chattanooga. We have stayed half a dozen times at least. The location is both near Southside and downtown which is awesome. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The Exchange is a great place for food. We’ll be back often.

Such a lovely time! We had Lilly as our bartender and she gave us her rendition of a manhattan with gin. Absolutely incredible and in great company.

Loved it only thing is the gym seemed to woke lots of people out at 5:45 am which is not ideal.

Staff was exceptional. Everyone was knd and helpful. They did everything they could to make our visit to Chattanooga a positive experience. From the front desk, to the valet, to cafe waitress, and housekeeping, they all played a role in making our stay a pleasant one. Hotel and rooms were clean and well designed.

Elsie was amazing. She made us the best drinks (even though what we asked for was a bit complicated)!!!! We love coming to The Company in Kinley Hotel. This is our 4th time and each time has been superb. Food is delicious and fun. Thank you!!!

Cozy boutique experience. ALL staff were so pleasant and welcoming! The speakeasy is something to experience. Our room had a bit of outside road noise. Over all it was a very pleasant experience! We ENJOYED our stay?

The staff at the Kinley is has the best anticipatory customer service. They see opportunities to serve before you even realize you need it.

They are kind, and attentive to your needs, and make every stay enjoyable.

Lilly was amazing! Friendly, informative and a great bar tender! We will be back! Highly recommend the Cablecar!
